QDOBA Mexican Eats — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

Well I was in there with my great-grandfather who had never ordered at a place like that before and he was kind of confused and as I was trying to explain it to him he just so happened to be mentioning the guy behind the counter and ask him what his favorite dish was on the menu and if you had any suggestions in the first thing you suggest it's something that won't work for my grandfather because he was eating there without bottom teeth only have top teeth and so therefore he could to most things like steak we have like the ground meat and the guy didn't know that but he kept throwing things out there and then you should try this you just tried this and it was always things that my grandfather can I eat so I raised them a three-star because I feel like hair burrito slingers shouldn't be coaching anyone on health and or dietary information from a dietician is the more sought after perspective. Only giving 1 star because I have to in order to leave a review..but I ordered a chicken bowl through door dash on my lunch and it was wrong!! Like completely wrong and I only have 30 mins for my lunch hints the reason I ordered through door dash. Well nonetheless I called the store and spoke with someone who I was told was the manager and was told they were putting my name in the book and I could come at any time to get my ordered replaced. My co worker went there today so I said pick up replacement order for me and told him they put my name in the book. Nevertheless I was told by a Franky that it had been too long to replace my order which I was never told in my original phone call and then I was questioned whether it was a male or female and was it night shift, sir idk if they are night shift or not I just know yall messed up my food and it should be fixed. Very bad experiences!! Highly don't recommend to go to this place service sucks!!
