Panera Bread — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

Having been to Panera several times I'm moderately aquainted with their ordering process. I refuse to use the kiosk. Service was fast but not helpful. I ask for my sandwich to be on flat bread and toasted heated. I paid extra for it. There 8 in my group. 1pm. We ordered separately. Soup was,watery, not broth. They evidently thinned it with water. My sandwich was not heated and on wrong bread. It took 20 minutes to bring it out n it was wrong. When I explained to the table service it was wrong they offered to remake it. Only if it didn't take 20 minutes. They assured me it wouldn't. It did. My table was finished eating and ready to leave when it was brought out. I told table service give it to the manager I wouldn't be eating it. As I was leaving the manager approached and offered to make it right. He Would give me a gift card for my next visit. I explained I didn't live near a Panera AND Was Not carrying a card around in my wallet that would expire in 12 months. Thought of a thousand more tacky things and settled on, give that 5 dollar joke of an apology for failure to a homeless person. Perhaps they could get a drink n muffin off it. Told him have a good day n walked out. Over priced. Horribly performed. My coworker even called his chicken salad cat food chicken. It did indeed look like cat food. He nor I intend...

It was wonderful. It was very clean, the atmosphere was quite nice, and the service was fantastic. Their buzzers have a tracking chip so that they can bring your food to where you are sitting instead of you having to get it yourself. Joshua, who was our cashier, was absolutely wonderful when my mom stated that she wanted a Pellegrino mineral water, he was courteous enough that he got her one from the fridge so that she wouldn't have to have one that would be wet. He also noticed that the labels were switched in front and fixed it so that no one else would misorder cookies after he promptly got her the cookie that she had meant to order. My meal was fantastic, I got a broccoli and cheddar soup in a bread bowl with a baguette on the side, a soda, a pumpkin muffin,and a chocolate chip cookie. The cookie was absolutely divine the outside of the cookie was crunchy and the inside was chewy just how I like them to be. And I got a bread bowl at 8pm at night, the Legends Panera Bread is usually out of bread bowls before noon so I'm very pleased. The Legends Panera Bread in Kansas needs to take lessons...

I have an unlimited sips club membership so I'm stopping here almost every day. Never had an issue really with the quality of the drinks (though everyone has a different idea of what going light on the half and half looks like, and sometimes it seems like less experienced employees may not realize they need to add more ice to an iced coffee than they would to something like a soda, because it's gonna melt), and the times I've ordered a half sandwich or a bagel or something alongside my drink, that's all been good. The service is top-notch if you come M-F during the morning into early afternoon, but in the evenings and on weekends, a lot of the time you get the B team of really young, stand-offish people who make you feel like you're not supposed to be there or something, like genuinely look at you like you walked up to them covered in dried blood and guts or something when you approach the counter to pick up your mobile order. I guess it's that 'gen Z stare' I've heard about. Anyway, the sips club is a great value and I'll keep coming here for that. I wish there was a...
