Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

I know somebody who worked at this facility and they where just AWFUL first of all I never thought people who work at a so called Christian facility would bully kids the way they do! So where to start with this issue first of all she was NEVER trained properly and then would get in trouble when she made a mistake then she was off work for a week with a horrible infection in which she had a doctors note for and was wrote up for not finding somebody to cover her shift is the excuse her manager Hannah gave her Well for one who the hell would expect a new employee to know this especially when she wasn't trained properly and the last time I checked when you have somebody that doesn't show up its the managements responsibility to find a cover for that person, another thing that I'm pretty sure is against the law is they have all the employee personal phone numbers listed on a website I'm pretty sure that is illegal to do in the first place. She no longer works for this facility due to a lot of issues she was having with the manager Hannah upon leaving Hannah informed her that she was a horrible worker and not to use them as a reference because she would not give one. You people really call yourself a Christian company and have people managing your facility that act like this to new employees and treat them like a pile of dirt under there feet! I would never recommend working here to anybody they are a horrible company to work for. If I could give this place a negative rating I sure the hell would because this company is...

Debbie downer here on Chick. I love their food. Always fresh. Waffle fries are the bomb. Service was poor. It was 1250. They were busy. Had a full compliment of order takers. I placed my order with the woman. She was curt if not brusk. I just asked for no sauce on my sandwich n no pickle, extra tomato. Her response, sarcastically, is That all. Zero humor in her voice or body language. I paid. Went and sat down with my coworker. Waited about 15 minutes. I ordered a large drink. She never offered me a cup when I ordered n here was my food, no drink. So I walked back up to the counter and the order taker said, you gave to wait your turn. Ok. I waited. 5 minutes. When I approached I said I need a large drink reaching for my receipt. She told me it was $2 something with tax, um no. I've already paid. Show her my receipt. By now if id been alone I'd have demanded my money back and gone elsewhere. Asked for ketchup and she literally barks it's over there. She is holding a freaking open case of ketchup in HER HANDS. so I wade through a sea of children in a large group to get my ketchup n just decide forget it. I return to my table. Sandwich is cold, fries are cold. My buddy is nearly done eating. I ate 3 bites of my sandwiche. Trashed the rest including fries. IL stick to drive through and never again darken the door of that Chick filet in Oklahoma City. Wasted money n 45 minutes of life IL never get back. Cudos Chick. You managed to hit EVERY SERVICE FAILURE in FAST Food EXCEPT get my food...

Let's just say alot of shady management at this location. I watched as I ate these 2 younger ladies, acted like supervisor or management ( if you could even call it that) and a nice lady, older than the other 2 , worked her hindend off while these 2 younger " unfit for management just by their attitude and finger pointing". One blamed something on the older lady but the younger one screwed up while the other one was in the back and as soon as she came upfront the younger planned the situation on the older one and mase sure she was loud enough customers could hear it. Like me! Then the second younger one tried coming uo with something during this stupid young girl process . The 2 other couples saw it as well and the lady next to me said she just so happens to work at paycom as a manager where firehouse caters once a week and recognizes the older one , starts with L she thought.. Gave her praise for her consistent professionalism and how well she delt with those 2 young ones that ( obviously no doubt was pushing buttons when the older made no mistake and that they were or are trying to get her to quit and thats a quiet firing act which is illegal and their boss might want to restructure some management in there cuz that older lady could get paid alot better working for people who care about their employees... I sure hope to the good lord that the bonuses that the boss , not the owner, gets every month isnt hidden from the good employees like the older blonde or...
