Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

Walked in at 11:32 pm with a group of 11. One server approched us and said you guys missed the rush hour. Not necessary, got seated right away which was great but our server took our drinks got some of them right and a few wrong. One of our friends didn't get his drink until we asked her for it. We had to pass our own drinks around because she couldn't hand them to us. When it came time to order she wrote everything down at this time bww was not busy at all we were the only big group at the time. Took our orders at 12:00 and didn't receive our food until 1am take note that at this time we are very frustrated because in the midst of all we had to keep asking our server for more refills because she was just being attentive. Our food arrived and a couple orders where wrong. A lemon pepper order was suppose to be sauce but was brought out dry even though he pointed it out at the beginning that he wanted the sauce not the rub. Also a burger that was asked for plain was not plain. Another order was suppose to be a 10 wing boneless and came out short 2 wings. In between all of this our server was in and out and us with dry cups and no drinks while she was sipping on a big to go drink from bww. I don't ask for a lot but one thing I hate is that if I have to ask for a refill multiple times then you're not doing your job as a server. When it came time to get our tickets she handed us all of our tickets and we had to go through them and pick which one was which, as a server this was very unprofessional. Most everybody paid cash but a few of us used cards and when she returned she told us she didn't know who was who and just handed us the pile of cards and we had to go through them and grab our out cards. To management please take notes and watch over your late night closers because this was out of hands. Horrible service. Everyone was super friendly and sweet, things just kept happening wrong. I’ve never been to this BWW before, but I got here a bit before 00:30, and I love the rain, so I asked to sit on the patio and they asked me to tell a server in the bar area, and so I let them know and they said they were going to tell someone else. But I’m sitting around for about an hour, it’s like 1:15 now, and I haven’t seen anyone walk out to the patio at all yet and I didn’t want to really bug a server a whole lot, so I went out to the main room and asked for a menu. I sit back down for a little, I look up when they close and it says 2am, so I went back out around 1:40 and asked if I could order and they said it’d have to be to-go and apologized and stuff I felt really bad that I was ordering so late, but they said it was fine and I left a tip and everything because I know I probably made the wrong move of sitting on the patio. But I got my food and went back to my car to eat and watch a movie before driving back home, and I realized a ranch had popped open in my bag. I went back and asked for a couple extra napkins because the box felt soft-ish from what I thought was ranch. They politely gave me some and a few extra ranches, but when I actually opened and looked in the box, I realized it was soft because there was a giant amount of sauce piled at the bottom and the wings were kinda just sat on top. I know it was close to close and everything, and I already felt bad enough, but I had been there an hour and a half before close anyway. I mixed them up a bit before deciding to leave a review and take a picture, but it just kinda sucks. Me and my friends waited about 20 minutes to order, we ordered 4 appetizers, which should be small and not too inconvenient right? Wrong. The waitress must have forgot about us because we didn’t get 4 small appetizers till an hour later. A literal hour later, All of which that many people that were sat after us, were served way before us. Our server didn’t acknowledge us during this whole wait time, and when I went to the register to question if our order even got put in, many employees kept coming up to the counter to take care of door dash orders and didn’t acknowledge me standing there trying to ask a small question regarding our order. Even while they were doing nothing and stand there while talking drama with their coworkers. They kept looking and ignoring me, till my friends told me to come back to the table. When we finally got our orders, our food came back warm, but in the “it’s been left in the back for way too long indicating that our waitress definitely forgot about us” type of way. I don’t think fresh queso should be lukewarm with a hard film on top, or cold “just made” cheese curds. At this point we were just planing on dine and dashing, we didn’t but very close to. When it came to paying the check, we gave her our cards and she was gone for 17 minutes,…just saying, I also work in the food industry and there’s no reason for a waitress to hold onto a customers form of payment for an extensive amount of time. we all usually leave big tips but after the terrible service we have recieved, The waitress doesn’t really deserve the thought of it.
