My grandma and I went to this store around 4pm on 6/24/22 and two women a white and Mexican looking woman we’re both working the store. We weren’t once greeted when we entered, however as white people came in they greeted every single one. They even asked all the white people pointing at them saying “ you, come take a picture!” in store to take a photo of them “ having fun for corporate to see”. Some of the people they asked were by my grandmother and myself but they never once asked us. They got everyone in the photo who was in store at that moment besides us seeing as we were the only Hispanic ones present. When we were still shopping after the photo was taken the two works came extremely close almost yelling In our ears, “hope it was a cute photo!” As we were shopping not once did they talk to us or ask if we needed any help. As we left they didn’t tell us to have a good day or anything, I told them to have a great day as I left, when one responded sarcastically yelling “you too”!! And looked shocked I told her to have a great day. This was beyond discrimination, racism and horrible customer service. Is it that only the white people should be greeted or even helped there? I left all of my items and left the store, I refuse to shop in a place that is racist against Hispanics, if they did this to us and I clearly look white with my Hispanic grandmother who visibly is Hispanic, how do they treat those who are all Hispanic in one group? Or let alone another race that isn’t white?

This is beyond unacceptable, if I was anyone of a race besides white I wouldn’t recommend shopping in such a racist establishment and uncomfortable excluding...

Francesca's is one of the cutest boutiques around with some of the best pricing.

Their jewelry is probably my favorite thing they sell. It's always on trend, and of higher quality. A lot of costume (non-platinum/gold/silver) jewelry seems to irritate my skin and theirs does not. Clothing is nice, but not always my style. Shoes are super cute and good quality. Also love their handbags! And, they have cute novelty and home decor items that are super fun.

The only thing I'd say is that their "outlet" pricing doesn't seem to be outlet pricing. It appears that they offer all the same items as the non-outlets do and have the same sales. So. . .what's the story there? I don't mind too much because it's a great product at a great price, just thought it was interesting.

Just keep an eye out for sales. They have various sales every other week. If you want something, keep an eye out for a sale. You can likely get it for a bargain if you're willing to wait. I love...

Store has the cutest things, I would buy the things and spend more time in there If I didn’t feel like I was being harassed by Sarah everytime I came in. “What’re you shopping for?” “Do you like the weather” “how’s your summer been” “are you ready for school” “are you going to school” “when’s your event” “what’s your name” girl leave me alone I came in there to shop not to be harassed by questions. God she’s like my mom when I ask to go somewhere after 9pm stop with the questions and just let me freaking look. I can’t look when I have to turn around to face you to answer all of your questions.
