Sent something close to this to corporate. Disgusted with the person who speaks to customers this way and doesn't make sure they know facts. Stopped by the store for a quick item, and unfortunately had a terrible customer service representative. When she greeted me, she asked for ID. Not an issue, and all I said was "wow, it's in the car, I don't look 18 so I didn't bring it in" and her response is why I'm writing this. Instead of simply saying "I'm so sorry, but would you mind getting it" or any other thing, she decided to get snippy, roll her eyes and say, RUDELY, "well it's a city ordinance" and just glare at me. I'm an adult who worked all day, and I was not going to allow someone to talk to me like a 4yr old. I came back at her with the truth. I worked in the industry in Oklahoma City for over a year, and nowhere in the ordinance does it say you MUST request an ID from people. The ordinance states that "no one under 18" can physically be in the stores. I absolutely told her that if she'd actually read the ordinance she'd know that. Yes, I'll say 100% that I was rude back, but in this case, I don't feel the need for me to apologize. I gave her the attitude she gave me. I'm a 42 year old woman walking into a store with a 47 year old man. No. We do not look underage in ANY way. I would have complied if she hadn't come at me with BS and an attitude. She doesn't know the actual ordinance. I read all of it when I started in the industry. It might be COMPANY policy, but don't tell me things you don't actually know. (Picture below, if you're wondering) This wasn't my first time in the store. I've spent quite a bit of money with you, actually. I have come back multiple times. I will not now. Spreading false information is just not a good look, nor is the unnecessary attitude.

A Little Fun, A Lot of Love this place was such a vibe! From the moment I walked in, the energy was fun, welcoming, and full of positive “love yourself and enjoy life” energy. The store is bright, and beautifully organized. The staff made the experience even better friendly, helpful, and made it easy to ask questions without any awkwardness. Whether you’re shopping solo, with your partner, or just curious, they make it comfortable and fun. The African American gentleman was energetic and kind to me and my partner. They’ve got everything from cute lingerie to romantic gifts, all in a space that feels confident and empowering. The displays are colorful and creative — it’s hard not to smile walking through! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommend for a fun date stop, a girls’ night laugh, or a little self-love shopping. 😉

First off, I love The Love Store. It's my new favorite "Love" shop!

My first visit was last night, Saturday, 5/31, around 8 pm. I do not know what the name of the lovely, slightly shorter, black haired, glasses girl is. But she was super friendly and helpful knew her stuff, and was simply some of the best customer service I've ever experienced! The selection is amazing and the prices are great too! This is why I give them 5 stars and will continue to shop here. When I got home and went to charge my new wand, I ended up messing it up, and before I got to use it, it stopped vibrating.

That brings me to today. I went back to exchange my wand around 5pm. The person working was quite unprofessional and by far the worst customer service experience I think I've ever had... I would give that person negative stars if I could. A simple exchange turned into 30 or more minutes of her forgetting what she was doing and me having to remind her, she stood there staring for a few minutes and tried to hand me the same toy I just gave her that was broken after playing with the broken toy for several minutes just saying how tired she was. She was more than just "tired". She couldn't speak clearly or even hold more than a few seconds of conversation. I'll definitely make sure she is not working next time I shop here. This exchange was unfortunately very bad but you still deserve 5-star recognition for the other amazing employees you have and...

I have shopped this store several times with and without my husband. Today I went to purchase gifts for a bachelorette party and before I could even get in the door fully the lady asked me for my ID. Really ID. No worries here you go. Ad I'm shopping I see not 1 but 4 other customers come in the door. Not once did she ask them for id. She even told them if they needed help just let her know. I know for a fact she singling me out. All the other customers did not look like me and the fact that she didn't go out of her way to ask them for ID. Definitely is racially motivated. Katie if it's a policy to ask for ID, you should have done a better job and asked everyone like you asked me. I can spend my money somewhere else.

When I asked the other employee about the ID policy she said no I don't think so..

This is never going to be ok. If she is a part of management she needs to do better and her DM and Store manager needs to be aware how she is treating...
