First, I would like to say thank you to the Penn Square location and the SM Kayla for her EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I would NOT continue shopping with Victoria Secret if it were not for her above and beyond service on Saturday, March 23, 2024. I want to say thank you again to Kayla!! Now to Quail Springs Victoria Secret... I have NEVER, and I mean NEVER, had to return or exchange with VS in the 20 plus years I have shopped with this company, I love their products! I received 2 bras that were purchased online for my birthday at the end of December. One of the bra's had a quality issue where the bra strap broke. This was not caused by washing wrong or anything else. When I went into the Quail Springs location, I explained this to the associate at the entrance. She told me to go pick out another bra (which I thought was odd because usually they would like to help with extra customer service). I wasn't sure where this particular style was, so I asked if she could assist me? This seemed to put the associate out even more. She pointed me in the direction of a wall where I found the style. I finally found my size. The bras were so tight in the draw that all the cups had sensor imprints in them!!! (I know when I worked there, my SM Sarah Tuck would have died seeing that!!). I finally found one that was somewhat okay and took it up to the register for the exchange. That's when I was met by the associate and a manager. They both now had rude smirks on their faces. The manager begins to tell me that I can't exchange it, even though it is a quality issue because it's over the 30-day policy. I politely asked if I could speak to someone else because I have never had an issue. The manager says she is the Store Manager and refuses to let me talk to anyone else, laughs at me, shows me her phone with the customer service phone number on it and tells me to take a picture. She laughs again and says thats all she can do for me." I asked for her name, and the associates, the associate, refused. I asked for the DM's contact information she refused as well and then through the return policy at me, said take a picture of that to and told me that was all they could do as both of them considered to laugh at me and my mom. I understand return policies and guidelines, but being rude and having no customer service will not have me come back to your business. This person, Presley (the blonde shown in the picture), should NOT be a Store Manager, let alone a Manager, and that associate needs to have training as well. They another thing Penn Square pointed out; they never realized my receipt was an online purchase. I also have a disability where I have epilepsy so I can't just get in a car and drive to go do an exchange for a quality issue, so when a family member takes the time to take me somewhere to take care of something that takes time out of their day! So when thoughtless associates like these at this Victoria Secret in Quail Springs mall made us jump through hoops because of such a HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE OVER A SIMPLE QUALITY EVEN EXCHANGE, those employees really need to be questioned if they need to be in those positions!!?? Honestly, you can tell by the picture how unprofessional these 2 employees are!! That's them agreeing to the picture, too. Needless to say, I will NOT return to this location to shop ever again!! However, I will keep my business with VS because of Penn Square and the excellent service I received with Kayla....
Read moreTwo days ago I went to pink wanting to look around and get a matching lotion to this perfume I already had, entering the location one of the workers asked me what brought me in I explained to her I was just coming to get a lotion and look around. I get my lotion and I continue to look around and shop as any other normal person does during my shopping expierence atleast 6 times workers were coming up to me asking me questions and hovering me the whole entire time which made me extremely uncomfortable as im just trying to shop. I eventually quit looking around because I felt as if I was being watched the entire time and I became externally uncomfortable so I payed for my items and left. Please do better pink, I and other shoppers who have expierenced this do not deserve to be made uncomfortable while trying to shop for themselves! This is extremely unacceptable. I would like to take this up with management or any owner because this is not acceptable!!!! Customer service clearly was not taught at this...
Read moreDo not shop at this location! I have been a VS customer for years and I have never really had a problem. The employees are usually very polite and accommodating with excellent customer service. This location on the other hand I have had more bad experiences with rude employees than any other VS I've visited over about 10 years throughout 4 different states where I've lived. Nine times out of ten you can walk in this store and the girls will be more interested in there conversations with each other rather than greeting me or being available to help. On one occasion I overheard a manager gossiping with the other employees about a girl calling in sick and making just straight up mean comments about her right in the middle of the store with customers listening. That left kind of a bad taste in my mouth after hearing how all those girls talked about their coworker. I would rather drive 20 minutes father up to Penn Square where the girls are a lot nicer and seem to value...
