I second or third the ew feeling. The employees here are not working at Gucci this is Loft and wow they are simultaneously snarky and pushy. Immediately pounce on you and want to know exactly what you're looking for. Sometimes I'm just looking because I genuinely like the style. Then you'll say something and they'll immediately show you things that aren't really that. Or switch and say we don't have that size but we can order it. The moment you pick something up they want your name and to start a dressing room. I've had to tell them twice I wasn't trying anything on today. One even asked if they wanted me to hold anything at the register and gave me possible shoplifting vibes
All I want is to be left alone to browse and daydream and find a gem or two to add my capsule wardrobe. Sometimes it's best just go online and leave this store this weird pushy vibe. You aren't Saks guys this...
Read moreI second the other review. I was in there today to quickly pick up a pair of jeans and I waited at the counter while one cashier helped a customer and another (who sounded to be in a management position) publicly denied an employees request for vacation. As if I was just standing in line to hear the business that should have been conducted behind closed doors...
Read moreMy first experience in a LOFT store. MaryAnn went above and beyond! I was shopping for an outfit for a very important interview. I went in thinking I knew what I wanted, only to be faced with dread. I shyly asked for her assistance and she went above and beyond to help curate an outfit that suited me, but also made me feel confident and comfortable. This experience alone will have me returning for all of my professional attire needs. Thank you so...
