Iāve spent hundreds of dollars here in the last couple weeks on several different items because theyāve had a really good sale going on. And in those 3 different orders, theyāve been out of exactly 20 of my items I bought. Not like, 2 or 3 items. 20! Itās ridiculous and I know sometimes you run out of inventory but 20 things in 3 orders is insane and itās bad customer service. I emailed them about it and their response was just that they are sorry about it and that they know it can be frustrating and to have a good day. Well maybe you guys should change the way you update the systems, or get people to actually check your inventory once in awhile. Some of them were gifts for my kidās teachers for the end of the school year, and I didnāt know they were out of my items so I didnāt bother getting any other gifts. Then I go to pick them up today and they donāt have them so now I have to scramble to find something else in time. Itās more than frustrating, itās completely unprofessional from a big box store like this. Also today one of my pick up items was chipped. Iām not going to shop here anymore. Get it together...

I ended up losing the card. I gave what I thought was the card in the folded cardboard gift thing (as it folds to be a present) but it was empty. This would NOT have happened if they didn't take the gift card off of the 'sticky part'. While, yes I do take some of the blame for misplacing things. I didn't misplace the whole cardboard gift thing, so, the gift card would still be in there. Obviously customer service won't do anything. Money down the drain. Again, while I take part of the blame. Although I had what appeared to be an invasive loss prevention person (plain clothes seen him interacting with associates) following me around the store making frequent eye contact. I should have said something to him maybe ask them to stand further away. He was typically around 5 ft away. It made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcomed in the store. Totally not the stores fault and the guy probably just didn't get proper training, but a bad experience...
