My niece and her friends were shopping at your Olympia store today. They are all 13 year old girls. One of the girls was looking at a pen which she dropped as she bent down to pick it up the store manager told her she saw what she was doing and accused her of trying to steal the pen. The girls tried to explain and the mama wouldn’t listen she then told the girls they are banned from the store. As the girls were leaving the store manager was taking pictures of them with her personal cell phone. There are security cameras in the store there is no reason she should be using her personal phone to take pictures of anyone in the store especially minors. The security cameras can also be reviewed to show that no stealing was taken place. My sister and I went back to the store after this incident occurred and had the girls stand outside a good ten feet. The store manager was at the front of the store once again taking pictures of them with her personal phone. This is unacceptable. If she truly believed something was being stolen at a minimum she should of asked to review security tapes and for parental contact information. It is very concerning to me that she now has pictures of my niece and her friends on her personal phone. I would hope your company will review how incidents like these should be handled because again what happened today is...
Read moreThe store itself is okay but there's a ginger guy with a beard and long hair that doesn't seem to get when to end the smalltalk. He asked if I needed anything and I replied no and said I hope today is an easy day (referring to work) and he apparently took that as invitation to follow me around the store gossiping about all the concerts he's going to see, how his friend didn't get to buy merch last time, the type of car he has, how him and his roommate are gonna buy a Thunderbird together, and "would you believe I'm only 20" while I tried to give short responses while shopping to indicate I wasn't interested in a long personal conversation while not being totally rude to him, as well as making it very clear I was looking at matching couples jewelry and had my boyfriend as my lockscreen (his humble-bragging and such was clearly motivated by attraction to me.) He was even asked by other customers for help and found me again with a "where was I?" and kept gabbing until he looked at his watch and said "whoa, its time for me to clock out!" Didn't really get to look at much until he left me alone because I'd feel bad just ignoring him, but I think it's pretty obvious when a customer's only responses are "uhuh," "yeah," and "cool" that they don't want to keep hearing about your personal life. Kinda...
Read moreSomeone who must've been somewhat in chargetoday, black hair, taller than the others? Idk how id describe her but she was so rude! I tried to hop on line and yes I understood as she was closed after I had said absolutely nothing and was going to look at something else aside her. She goes "I'm closed" in the nastiest tone. Which was fine, but then I go to the nice pink haired cashier to check out. Mind you I had gotten something from $5 bin and pink hair asked black hair if it was on sale and I had said where I'd got it. Black hair shoots me the ugliest glare, scoffs and then scans it, goes "$5" and then proceeds to drops a ramen dish, which I thought was karma. Anywho, I've loved every other experience I've had there,...
