Bigfoot BBQ — Restaurant in Olympia

I used Bigfoot BBQ for my wedding on July 6, 2024, catering for about 60 people, and I couldn't be happier with their service. Rollo, the owner, personally took care of us on our big day, and I must say, this company did a spectacular job. They are incredibly friendly, professional, and organized.

Rollo came to the venue a day early to meet with my husband and me to ensure that everything was perfectly planned. His passion for cooking and smoking was evident, as he proudly showed my husband many pictures of his work.

For our menu, we ordered the pulled pork and brisket sandwiches. The meat was so juicy and well-seasoned, and the buns they were served with were perfect. We also ordered the potato salad and beans, which were exactly what you would dream of for a great BBQ.

Absolutely loved this place. The owner was so nice and answered all of our questions when we stopped by. So happy to have a great bbq place, we come to olympia once every couple months and definitely plan to stop by every time. I had the brisket sandwhich, potato salad and the banana pudding (only available on Saturdays). Brisket was so juicy and had a beautiful smokey flavor, the sandwich came with lots of meat. The potato salad, I was skeptical about because I have very high standards usually, but it shocked me with how good it was! Honestly tasted home made and had good flavor. This is probably one of the best restaurant potato salads I’ve ever had. The banana pudding was also delicious, home made and I would definitely get it again. I got the brisket meat plate (with coleslaw and baked beans as sides), pulled pork Mac n cheese, brisket chili, side of potato salad and a 1/4 rack of ribs. The brisket was dry but the fat was completely rendered, it didn’t have much flavor besides the meatiness. I wasn’t a big fan of the bbq sauce. The coleslaw was bland and the baked beans that came with the plate were good. The pulled pork Mac n cheese was delicious, the pulled pork was super tender and flavorful. The noodles were cooked perfectly and had a bunch of flavor. The brisket chili was super good as well, the only thing holding it back was the brisket in it.
