On July 12, I visited this location to explore options for repairing a bracelet clasp that had broken. I spoke with a sales associate unfortunately, I can't recall her name as she never introduced herself. I explained that the bracelet was no longer under warranty, having owned it for several years. She was kind and professional, and informed me that since the warranty had expired, they wouldn’t be able to offer a replacement. I appreciated her courtesy and calm approach.
However, I believe the other woman present was the manager, and my experience took a disappointing turn when she repeatedly interrupted the associate. Every time I asked follow-up questions to better understand the policy—especially since I’ve purchased and gifted multiple items from Pandora before—the manager stepped in abruptly, reiterating the same information and even cutting off the salesperson mid-response. Her demeanor made it seem as though either she didn’t trust the associate to handle the conversation or she was uncomfortable with my attempts to clarify the policy.
The most off-putting moment was when she said, “We’re not jewelers, we just sell the product.” That comment, paired with her dismissive tone, gave me the impression that my questions were unwelcome, despite the fact that I was genuinely considering purchasing a new bracelet. As a longtime customer who came in with the intention to buy, I expected a more helpful and respectful interaction.
Ultimately, I left without making a purchase. While the salesperson was lovely, the manager’s approach left a negative impression, and I’m uncertain whether I’ll return to...
Read moreI went shopping today with my family, and I will not be coming back again. I had Jazmine helping me out, but she had the rudest attitude and was not smiling at all. She made the whole experience bad. Thankfully, the other employees were smiling and actually making the atmosphere welcoming. This place has everything, but that one employee just ruined my entire mood, and it was my mother's birthday. We could not hear her clearly because she was mumbling and her pronunciation was not the best, but she made us look stupid every time we asked her to repeat. She did not look...
Read moreHad an order hours ahead of time, and then I show up to the store after multiple phone calls were ignored. I showed up at 435 and was told by the large Caucasian woman working that I would not be helped because I was not there at 430. If someone would answer the phone that could have been communicated and I wouldn’t have had to waste time going to the store. There were no signs no notices or anything. And not to mention she had a less than kind way of communicating it to myself and the handful of people that...
