I am absolutely in LOVE with the Dress Collective! I can't say anything bad about this place! I have been going there since the store pretty much started. I immediately was opened with loving arms from the owner and staff! I was running for a pageant and spent hours, and days trying to find the perfect dress (I apparently am super picky). The staff helped me with dress after dress, they were so patient with me! I am Miss Hobble Creek for Springville/Mapleton city, and the Dress Collective has supported me on numerous occasions throughout my reign! I have gone in the day before an event and found amazing dresses! They are always so accommodating and do anything they can to help me, even with it being last second! The dresses are in style, such an amazing selection! I am a thicker girl and they have dresses in all shapes and sizes! I have left numerous dress shops in tears from feeling to big for dresses. And I have NEVER felt that way here! I have always left feeling confident and excited! The building is adorable! They have expanded and built more dressing rooms to accommodate their customers. Their staff is always the sweetest. They jump right up to help you and greet you the second you walk in the door! Every worker has a great work ethic and is so cute! But most importantly, this store has the most incredible owner. I cannot say enough good things about Brit! She has been the absolute biggest sweetheart to me! She has always remembered my name! Every time I see her, she always makes sure I am doing ok and finding the dress I need. It starts from the top! And the success of her business shows the love she has for her store. She truly has put everything into this store, and it shows! I truly recommend this store to everyone out there! I promise you will not be disappointed! I love the Dress Collective!!! When I realized that I came home from the Dress Collective with the wrong dress size (100% my fault), my heart dropped. The store is "appointment only" and I knew they were closed for the rest of the weekend. My engagement photo shoot was scheduled for that day and as you can see it would be hard to pull off this dramatic shot at the Salt Flats without a statement dress. Logically I knew this was not the end of the world; however, I was really disappointed. A lot had been choreographed to pull off this artistic endeavor (weather, measuring water depth, renting a dress, researching the the relationship between wind and ripples, babysitting, work schedules, etc. etc.).

Luckily the Dress Collective owner provided me her personal cell number (yes she is a saint, if your not convinced by that act of trust, keep reading). As we messaged back and forth she made a special trip to her store (I recall it was approximately an hour round trip) and graciously refused a tip.

The staff was helpful and I thought that I had found the perfect dress, the only problem is that it had a pretty large tear in the back by the zipper. I needed the dress for an event in two days and I was told that they couldn't do anything about it except provide safety pins to try and keep it closed. I didn't have time to look for another dress so I figured I would take their word for it.They also weren't willing to discount the rental at the time I took the dress, but said that I should speak to the owner when I returned it.

Before I went to the event I tried to close the dress with safety pins and it would not close the hole completely, so I had the dress professionally repaired. When I went to return the dress the next business day (during store hours) no one was there! I had to leave the dress with the tenant downstairs and get the owners number from them.

I called the owner hoping to resolve the issue. Not only was she not willing to help, but told me that it was my fault for renting a dress last minute. She said that she would look at the dress and call me back, but I never heard back.....
