I am blown away! LemonadeStand is an agency FULL of top-notch staff. Very well organized onboarding process, and superb communication. Although I have a single point of contact to be the architect of my account, there must be 8 different super-stars I've worked with; web designers, graphic artists, marketing specialists, SEO specialists, Ad Spend specialists. Don't get me wrong; I don't need to project manage them - my dedicated account person does that - but I can also see the people working behind all of the machines, each an expert at their craft. I can't say enough that this is a high quality team. Everyone! As for the work, they crank it out faster than I expect. As one of many examples, month #1 from a typical agency is usually a 'loss month' (with a typical agency, the first loss month of many). You know, discussing needs and starting to get access and that's it. Maybe burning the month contemplating my logo. I was wrong. We not only got access to the many and varied places, but also got an ad campaign worked up, landing page done from scratch using relevant words not just copied from my website. Wait?! An agency that doesn't push todo's back to me? Past agencies always got held up by me due to needing content created from scratch. I'm not a writer; I'm a CEO running a tech company; it is very hard for me to buy out the time to do creative and technical writing.
