I believe they have a good stock. Very nice employees. Manager is awesome. I follow up with surveys (good) per their requests. The store manager will personally email you back thanking you for your time filling out the survey even if it is good feedback which i find thoughtful. It is nice the whole store is engaging. Not just a hello but full 2 to 3 sentences greeting. Salutations and offer to assist. It is a small store however I had employees walk to where the item are at and hand it to my son. I also like how they treat the kids as the customers and talk to them when checking out, it is adorable. I love the tactic so much. One employee he went above and beyond and insisted to help find my coupon I redeemed online profile. Even tho I caused them to bring another employee to help ring because I had to be that Karen to hold up the line he was so kind and patient, assured me it wasn't a problem at all....

I went in looking for something for my niece, but I don't know the first thing about Legos and was overwhelmed by the amount of options there were. I flagged down a worker named Lindsey and she was so helpful! She asked me my niece's age, if she's done a lot of Legos before, what her interests were, and if she liked to play with Legos or build them once and put them on display. She went above and beyond with her customer service, I can't praise her enough! Lindsey eventually helped me settle on a set that makes a unicorn as she's big into unicorns and pegasus, but it can also be rebuilt into other animals if she wants. I gave her the set for her birthday and she ADORES the unicorn she built with her own hands! Will definitely...
Read moreI will say I do love this store. Everyone is always so nice and helpful. But this last time was the best. I hadn't been in for awhile so when I was paying he goes...do you want to use any rewards? I was like...do I have any? It ended up being a sizeable amount and I beefed up my purchase because of it. But then the register bugged out and took the rewards off my account but didn't add it to the bill. He called support (which answered very quickly I will say) and even they were like "uh...we don't know what happened." But they put the points back on and all was well. I didn't have anywhere to be so it was no issue but again...the fact that it was no question...let's get this sorted out for you. Excellent...
