Orlando Furniture Mart — Local services in Orlando

The reason why I am giving two starts is because they are way over priced.. Very expensive… I seen the same exact couch at Ashley Furniture store for $2299, this store wanted $2499…. And that same sectional is actually on sale right now at Ashley for $1900 for the 4th of July Sale… There was a LED “Blessed” sign that was kind of plastic and flimsy for $499 but Wayfair has the same sign for $213… there is a dinning table for $1400 and the top part is not even real marble , it’s plastic… and each chair for that table is $599 additional….. There is so many furniture stores in the Bronx that has the same furniture and their prices are not even this high….. Being that this store is in Orlando, FL you would think it would be at least a little cheaper than the Bronx or Queens BUT NOOO… In addition to that the delivery fee with set up is damn near $200 if you live within 10 miles.. The price goes up if you live further than 10 miles from the store… BUT THEY DO HAVE NICE AREA RUGS… $599 each .. good size too .It’s a NOOOOOO FOR ME .

UPDATE*

I was in talks with a sales representative the ENITRE time that I was at the store… The $599 chairs didn’t have a price tag, the SALES REP is the one who told me about the $599 price tag…. The delivery price I got from a sign that was sitting on top of a TV stand it said the delivery prices … You can locate that mid store on the right hand side of the store… It’s a blue sign….. I CONFIRMED ALL OF THE PRICES LISTED THE TAGS ATTACHED TO THE FURNITURE… As a matter of fact, I wasn’t able to find the price tag sometimes , the sales representative had to find it for me and when he did, THE SALES REP confirmed the prices as listed on the tags.. I wasn’t able able to find the tag of the area rugs which states $599 and that is what the rep told me as well… It’s very clear I didn’t make up these prices, either it was tagged and YOUR rep confirmed or it was not tagged and the REP gave me the price.. and I attached the video of the $599 … If the chair is not $599 EACH… why would YOUR rep release that...

I had a great experience. Very attentive & got me in and out with simple financing .

Edit : highly do not recommend! We added a PlayStation onto our order which we paid $100 cash , 400 financing . He never credited the $100 dollars , being sneaky . 2 the week before we moved Ty reached out to me with a discrepancy in the order . He didn’t have the color we wanted on hand (which is different than he told us ) so I switched the color to black but the problem is I didn’t want Mix match furniture ! He said he will switch it for a black vanity . 3 the original vanity I picked out , was the floor model , he SOLD IT , being greedy , due to their move , was trying to get everything GONE! Not keeping up with his orders , just taking people’s money ! 4 day before we were supposed to receive our furniture he calls me to tell me yet again the color of the bed changed and he only had cream! He kept trying to “make it right” by throwing on my face that he gave me a “bigger” vanity , when the reality is no you SOLD IT ! Now the delivery people were a day late & they only brought the bed & vanity mo couch ! Brought the bed but no RAILS!!!! So bed still on the floor . Vanity was dirty with prints all around the white drawers . Next day the couch comes, we ordered a sectional ….. it came with two left sides …. Ty no longer was reaching out to “make it right “ he decided to send his brother to deliver the right side of the couch & the bed rails. So basically after they got their money all we heard was “I’m sorry”. Before all this we had referred my sister in law to get a bed , he did the same thing to her ! She asked the return policy because she was dissatisfied, he proceeded to make a post saying if you’re unhappy with how he does business “shop At Walmart” . DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! Don’t let his social media fool you , after he gives you a “deal” he rushes his camera women into your face to make a video for...
