Orlando International Premium Outlets — Restaurant in Orlando

I used to love Sbarro pizza. I haven't been there in a while but today I was at the outlets on International Drive and was craving some pizza, thinking of the days I used to work in the mall and would eat their pizza and their garlic rolls and how delicious it was. Today I was disappointed. I went to sbarro (in the outlets on international drive) and they were trying to pass off these little tiny square pieces of pizza as slices. If it was the size of a sicilian that would be fine, but they were little skinny pieces a little bigger than when you buy a thin and crispy pie from Domino's and they cut it into square pieces and about that thin. It look like it's been sitting for hrs. It barely had cheese or sauce on it and they were trying to sell these things as regular slices for $3.89. So asked the lady if they had regular slices and she said no. So I left. I sure hope when I go to the Florida mall they have regular slices. Would not recommend that location to anyone. They have pictures of regular slices and offer you something that's about half a slice. Really...

If you dont want to be aggrevated, disrespected and treated poorly than avoid eating from this sbarro!! The woman cashier is beyond rude and unprofessional. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with the manager he just looked at me and repeated me in a confused state. I dont believe he even spoke English. The lady threw my change on the counter and just walked away after I requested a refund because I wasnt told I would need to wait 20mins for a pizza previously to ordering. I hope true management sees this review because they're costing this establishment money! I wasnt the only customer that the lady cashier treated poorly. She got offended that a Male patron asked her to dump out some of the ice in the cup that she filled up about...

My husband and I recently visited this location. We waited in line for 15 minutes before someone greeted us. Finally someone comes over. A family was behind us allowing their child to run everywhere. While I’m ordering mine the kid jumps in front of me and begins telling her what he wants. The person standing behind my husband is ordering over my husband. I looked at my husband said let’s go. The customer service was awful. I’m a regular there. I will not be going back. The employees need to focus on who’s in front of them not who can be the loudest in line. Very...
