Sadly I have to give this a one-star review after I have been going to Fast Eddie's since they opened. All it takes is one time to ruin a relationship. This is that time... Recently inquired and purchased a squonk device after conversing with the staff thoroughly to ensure that it I fully understood the product. I've then went home and finished charging the device and begin its use for the first time ever within two pulls the battery dropped one bar after another three or four pulls I was at a half a battery. Obviously I assume return policy means that they will accept the device back if it does not meet the expectations. However this is not the case.. First im told that I have to try a replacement battery so I did that, battery took 24 hours to charge still with the same result. I then go back in only to find out that the personon staff they're cannot give me a refund as previous employees of theirs have stolen from them so now the customer has to suffer without a refund because the company can no longer afford to refund money. I then speak to yet another manager I'm told that they've never had anybody come back with a problem such as this with this particular device. Which to me would indicate that it is this device particular that is failing. And then told that the batteries are supposed to be charged separately from the device which was never told to me when I purchased the device otherwise I would not have purchased this device as I don't have a battery charger because every other device that I own I can charge via the device itself. Not to mention this knowledgeable staff that they claim to have clearly did not have full knowledge that that would be the case as when I inquired about the device thoroughly before purchasing it was never mentioned. I can go on and on about the situation but I will leave it at this avoid buying devices or vape juice or anything at Fast Eddie's if you want quality customer service with a knowledgeable staff I suggest going to Vapor krew or anywhere else other...
Read moreI've been here twice before and had two very different experiences both times. The first time, I was excited to see just how large of a selection they had to offer when it comes to flavors and brands. I picked up a new flavor of Naked oil that I haven't seen before and the staff were all knowledgeable and very nice.
Then, about a month later, I decided to drop back in after work to pick up some coils since I had such a good expereince before and they are convienantly on the way home. Only one employee was working there. I described what I needed and he was very lethargic, as though I was the one bothering him or interrupted him even though I was the only customer there at the time. He seemed to not know what brand of coil I was asking for and had to pull it up for him to see despite it being a nationwide brand of vape mod. He then proceded to pull out a box and handed it to me. I paid and left. When I sat down in my car, I noticed he had given me the absolutely wrong tolerance I had requested, off by over 40 watts. I went back in and requested if I can swap them out for the correct ones only for him to say that they were out of then almost immediately. If you were out, why not just say so from the start instead of selling me the wrong product? What if I didn't notice or was an uneducated vaper and smoked a cool rated for 20 to 30 watts as opposed to my typical 70? I then just told him to forget it and returned then. Again, the whole time he was acting annoyed with me as though I was bothering him.
I was super disappointed in the service and decided to avoid this place for anything other than oil if I need it. I know a lot of people that swear by this place and I know it is a great establishment. Hopefully, my next time there...

LOVE the name, just cause that's what I was called in High School... but EVERY SINGLE TIME YOU WALK IN, (everytime, without fail), They ACKNOWLEDGE you and greet you! Do you have ANY idea how UN-common that is in a Smoke Shop?! No kidding... I shop around for deals and juices I like... when I find something I stick with it... easily 75-80% of the shops I go into don't even say, "Hi". -- I go in "Eddie's" once a week for supplies and Jacob and Dalton (and a 3rd guy, haven't caught his name yet) ALWAYS greet me and anybody else that walks in the shop. That is a big deal to me having been a Quality Certified Trainer for Marriott for years in F/B and working in sales for Disney for almost 15 years. -- Here are two other big deals... PRICING & SERVICE. -- Again I can't tell you the amount of places I've been in, that their pricing isn't consistent or displayed. When I ask Jacob, BOOM! He knows. -- Service... I vape and I like it strong. Well guess what people, they can bump up the nicotine level by selling you "nic shots"! And in "specific instances" (because of governing laws) they can bump up the juice IN HOUSE for you... and thank sweet baby Jesus because when I do it at home, half of it ends up on my counter-top. -- Now coming from the service industry, I recognize excellent service, I'll REVIEW it, I'll spend my money there and frequent the place... but more importantly... if you are going to make Dalton and Jacob get your juice up to 14mg like mine... YOU BETTER "TIP" THEM LIKE I DO!! EVERY TIME TOO!!! Right Guys??!! (I expect a discount next time I'm in!! LOL 🤣) Thanks for the GREAT "Custard Monster Vanilla" bumped from 6mg to a WHOPPING...
