Invicta Store at Orlando International Premium Outlets — Local services in Orlando

Unfortunately had an awful experience here at Invicta Orlando. Which stinks because they’re my favorite watch brand out there. Tried returning a few watches I bought 3 days prior. Unused. Only taken out of the box at the store. What they fail to disclose with all customers is that there is a strict no return policy once they fit the watch to you, something they never spoke of and pushed me to get it fitted at the store so they could pull this slimy sales tactic out of thin air. Putting links back might be the easiest thing to do of all time. It’s taking out or putting in a few pins and boom you’re golden. The store manger was incredibly passive aggressive and was unable to find a solution to the problem we had at hand. I had to talk to 3 employees until he came out hot and bothered from his lair in the back, simply because their logic had no merit to it. Unfortunate that they’ll be getting no future...

Prices here are a rip off. You can get the same watches online from invicta it self or an authorized dealer for far less. My lady got got by them with that buy one get one free scam, she wanted to get me a nice invicta for Christmas being it will be my last one with this brand( starting my collection with better and more well respected brands). She paid 700 for two watches when she told me how much I looked up the watches and one cost 262, and the other costed 189 On their online store. Worse place .I went to change my watch battery on black Friday. The only store they do that in Orlando that another 2 store don't do that. I drove 35 miles round trip. I spent 30 on the traffic to get to the mall. When I went inside I have with me my watch and a bracelet that I bought from invicta to see they can adjust to my son hand and change battery watch.
