There were some mean customers in front of my boyfriend and I. We always try our best to make sure any person in any customer service role, is being treated with respect. So I was trying my best to make it easy and be polite to the subway workers.
As we were going through my order and we made it to the vegetables. Not only was the quality of the ingredients terrible, but I was asking for a small request, if they could remove the bad spinach leaves for me and get the good ones. I really wanted spinach over lettuce and unfortunately the lettuce was also yellow and going old.
The employee that was training the new employee said, "Why don't you choose from the other side? I don't get why people always do that, they always ask us to pick out the good ones, when it really doesn't matter. It goes in your stomach the same way every time. Just pick from the other side."
I then proceeded to feel upset but calmly said, "I was not looking over there, I was only looking on this side. I would've picked from the other side if I knew it was there."
After that I was visibly upset. She never apologized. She tried to make up for it by talking about the Happy Gilmore cups we got and how great of a movie it was. She kept recommending it to me because I mentioned I haven't watched it yet. I was just quiet, I had nothing good to say, and I wanted to leave as soon as possible to NEVER go to this Subway again.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO THIS LOCATION. Stay far away if you want clean food, fresh food, and good...
Read moreThe two woman in there were so rude and disrespectful. Rushing and talking over me with attitude all because they made a mistake trying to rush me out the door in the first place instead of taking my damn order. In what world does someone think it’s okay to skip a child’s order and make them wait for two more people in line who just started their order because you chose to rush instead of do your job and taking my full order? On top of giving me the blackest hardest bread with barely any meat being cheap this girl still had the nerve to talk back and talk about us like we weren’t standing right there to the other woman who I’m assuming is the manager cause she went n told her what we wanted instead of doing it herself after being the one to start our order. Very disappointing n people like that DO NOT need to be working in customer service ever point period blank.. I thought adults 21 n older only qualified to work at a subway. Definitely not manager material with how that older lady handled the situation. You don’t start off being rude n expecting someone to bite their tongue just cause you look big n scary n you’re the manager. Wrong is wrong. Clean up crew is needed big time. People actually need jobs out here who would show up Atleast 80% everyday cause i know everyone has their days but it’s just being wasted on ungrateful people like this who don’t want to be...
