So, I should have posted this review a long time ago, but unfortunately when you are thrilled with something, you don't necessarily make a review...you just accept the good...My bad! We ordered my wife's Moke in the pandemic...everything was slow. However, when we got the Moke, we were thrilled. Thrilled for the vehicle itself but also thrilled because we were introduced to Dave Itwaru, the service manager from Aston Martin, Moke, and if ownership is smart...a lot more. We had ordered what was the James Bond " Live and Let Die" edition through the standard Moke Order Sheet, because at the time ( pandemic) anything else would take forever. However there were things that were back ordered. Nothing essential that prohibited us from ENJOYING ourselves, but still....we looked forward to them. Dave worked tirelessly on obtaining these items, sometimes even getting correspondence from him on the weekend...The man was working on his own time!!!! Since then, whenever we have a need for a new part, a question to ask....Dave is there!!!! We have recommended Moke Orlando to all of our friends....literally anyone who will listen. My wife and I have actually toyed with Moke #2, and that is not only because we love the vehicle, but the Moke support through Moke Orlando and of course Dave, is excellent. When Moke requires an update, we have to send it to the dealer so they can download the update and return it to us, costing nearly $300 each time there is an update. Most recently it quit on us about a mile from home. The dealer has now had it for two weeks trying to figure out what is wrong. In 1 1/2 years our Moke has been down for repairs many times.
