So I came in with my partner at a few minutes before close. (I know it was a bit late but the reservations were up to 4 min before close, I had other plans before so we made it work). (We are also visiting from out of town) Everything was fine as I showed up, one of the girls helped me out, I got a game card for the Photo Booth, everything was good. When we finished the 18 holes, the lady was already rushing us out as we stepped out of the course. Now keep in mind I bought the game card for the Photo Booth. The lady was telling us to have a good night etc, signaling us the leave. I told her I had bought the card for the Photo Booth and my partner and I went to take the pictures. When we get out of the booth was the problem, she was clearly irritated with a fake politeness, telling us they had closed at 10. By that time it was 10:30ish. We had $2 left on the card, cause we got a $10 card as it was the least amount I was able to get. I had walked up to another game that was $1.5 and it was one of those prize games, so I thought let me just run it for fun. The worker basically kicked us out, and she was hostile. At this point I’m irritated and i give up and begin to walk out. The worker, then tells us we can play 2 $1 games in the back next to the last mini golf course.

These are my two problems: Why are you going to offer me to play 2 games when I wanted to spend it on 1 game, which would have taken less time anyways. Why are you going to have reservations until 4 minutes before close and then give customers problems when they are done with their reservation 20-30 minutes past close.

Learn to run a business that serves people for what they pay for or don’t run a business at all.

AVOID!! They tell you there’s no space (course was empty) so you book for 20mins time, and pay, and they encourage you to go away until your time slot (it’s in a huge place and toilets and drinks are a long walk away). Then when you come back, if just a few minutes after your slot, you are told you can’t play. The course was still virtually empty. No option to start on hole 2, or wait for gap. Just rude, unhelpful staff. (We’d walked to the nearest toilets and waited for a drink at the burger joint (slowest service I’ve ever encountered, we were around 4 minutes late.

They do not tell you if you are slightly late you won’t be allowed on. This is a failure of customer service. In the UK there is always a few minutes leeway on time slots, we’ve never encountered such inflexible and precision time slot allocation without being told clearly about it.

The lady on the till gave us a head office email address and said we could try contacting them for refund. Will update review if we get anywhere.

It’s very upsetting as we’d planned a fun family trip which has caused upset. This has left a really bitter feeling after what was otherwise good...

We purchased our tickets on Groupon and tried to make reservations online. But when you try to make reservations online you have to purchase a whole new ticket. We then tried calling the store 3x prior to arrival and nobody answered. We arrived there around 9:15pm, (45 minutes before closing). When we got there we waited about 5 minutes the workers were hiding in the back and no where to be found. On their pricing in the website clearly states that the last game can start at their closing hour which is 10pm. Makes no sense to advertise this when you want to close at exactly 10pm. We stuck around for a bit and noticed they didn’t have any other customers and clearly didn’t want to stay past 10pm.

Meanwhile, the course only had 1 other group. The worker that eventually came to us looked at the “reservations” and you could tell they didn’t have anymore customers for the day she told us we should be able to enter the course but had to confirm with the “owner”.
