Huge store with an amazing range of products.

The sheer size of this store is impressive. A massive indoor space which caters to all manner of outdoor activities. Fishing, shooting, hunting, climbing, water sports, camping etc. There's a large range of regular clothing and accessories as well as a large gift store section.

The gun counter was fascinating, with a bewildering range of firearms, bows, knives and other accessories. The staff were very friendly even though they were aware that we couldn't make a purchase as we're not American nationals. There was also a fun simulated shotgun range at the rear.

On September 9th at around 3 pm I went to pick up a gun that I had purchased the week prior. I waited the 3 days per Florida law to be able to take my gun home. When I went to pick up my gun the gun register was full of angry customers and I was notified by Alex that I had to join the line. Honestly I was confused why but later found out it’s due to the store being understaffed. I waited 45 min just to pick up a gun I had already payed for. I love Outdoor World. Whether I am buying or just looking, it is such a cool place. If you like fishing, boating, camping, shooting, hunting, or just general outdoors activities, Outdoor World has it. I am not a camper, but I have bought a lot of camping gear from there that served us during power outages from hurricanes. I have bought rifles, ammo,and recently a CCW pistol from them.
