This was the ideal, perfect place for my specific condition, epilepsy. I was looking for someone calm, knowledgable, and able to provide a personalized experience. That's Frankie for you. She stayed in communication with me which made the appointment set up and arrival seamless and free of worry. When she shook my hand when we met, the air just felt light as a feather and all the dark clouds in my life lightened up. I felt welcomed, safe, and excited! The atmosphere such as the lighting and specific crystals were designed so well for relaxation and positivity. And the sweet, calming smells were just yummy! Frankie was so gentle and purposeful with my face. I never felt judged or embarrassed as I have with past corporate places. Frankie, in my opinion, made other facial experiences look like robots because she was really in tune with my skin, knowing it better than I did. Even though I was bummed when it was over, that's a good thing and says a lot. I felt so good for dayyys. I'm definitely sticking with Frankie for all of my treatments and sound bathing needs...

I chose the spring seasonal facial and left feeling relaxed and glowing. I particularly went with Frankie because of her vast knowledge in holistic , truly natural skincare protocol & practices. All the products she uses are amazing and the experience was completely catered to my needs & skin. I went in with a lot of tension in my neck, jaw & eye area and left feeling noticeably lighter in all those areas. The space is serene and cozy. Frankie is gentle, caring, charismatic and quite professional with her approach.
