Irregular Smash — Restaurant in Orlando

Just had the most wonderful experience eating this burger. Walking up to the window, we were greeted with a bright smile and welcome. We asked a couple questions about the burgers, and were steered in the right direction. We ended up with the Truffle Smash and the Outcast, as well as some onion rings. All of these items were stellar. Onion rings hit first, and they were perfectly crispy, with a light enough batter that you could still taste the onions. When the burgers hit next, the presentation was enough to draw you in, but that first bite really blew me away. All of the flavors were perfectly balanced. The patties had the crispy edges and was seasoned just right. I would say this is one of the best burgers in town, if not the best. Will be dreaming of the next visit and trying a different burger. I’ve been waiting forever to try Irregular Smash Burgers, and let me tell you—it absolutely lived up to the hype! From the first bite, I knew this was something special. Jorge is a master on the grill; you can tell he’s seasoned (pun intended) in making the perfect smash burger. The crispy edges, the juicy center, and that beautiful sear—perfection. And let’s talk about the bun because the bun matters! That soft, slightly sweet brioche bun ties everything together in the best way possible.

Amazing smash burgers and a kind/friendly staff! Conveniently being located in the parking lot of the Ivanhoe Park brewing company gives you a nice, shaded outdoors seating area. We got the Outcast and the OG Smash burgers. Both were packed with flavor and the slight crisp on the burger patties was great.

The portion sizes are rather large for a smash burgers, so you def better be ready to eat.

We also got "The Beast" fries. They were also amazing and just like the burgers and a pretty large portion size as well. (You can easily get these instead of a burger if you so choose!)
