I went in with my girlfriend to get a pair of my ray bands fixed. The rapper “Da Baby” was present in the mall & Nardia (one of the sales reps in Sunglasses Hut) treated my lady and I JUST LIKE THE RAPPER!! She treated us like valued superstar celebrities!! It was extremely flattering and the best ultra customer service I have experienced ever at a glasses place! Nardia took her time to understand the issue with my Ray Bands, she listened to what exactly I wanted and helped me in the best possible way, with fantastic upbeat energy and with an electric smile. After Nardia helped my lady and I get my issue resolved she showed us some other really cool glasses to keep a look out for and informed us that in the future to come back to her and she would be delighted to assist us again with any purchases. The experience she blessed my lady and I with gives me hope for our world. I am grateful and thankful to Nardia for the kindness, assistance and patience she gave us. I visited today, September 16, 2025, around 11:15 AM to purchase the Wayfarer Transitional Ray-Ban Meta glasses. Upon entering, I was greeted by a young man. I asked him if they had the glasses in stock, as I had checked online beforehand. To my surprise, he informed me that they were out of stock, which can happen when the website hasn't updated which is perfectly okay. Then, he mentioned that the glasses were being discontinued and no surrounding stores had them in stock, which I found puzzling given their popularity.

Wanting to verify the status, I called the Disney Springs location. The staff there were incredibly friendly and even held the exact pair I was looking for until I arrived. When I inquired about the discontinuation, the Disney Springs employee assured me that the Wayfarer Transitional models are among the most popular and are not set to be discontinued anytime soon. Terrible experience with Sunglass Hut in the Millenia Mall. Never buy sunglasses from them I bought ray bans from them in August and when they broke and I went to the store to claim the year warranty and get half off the next pair they said they couldn't find me in the system. The funny thing was I had just bought a different pair from them the month before and registered at a different store and they couldn't find that pair either? So the manager took my name and information and said he will check some different ways and call me back with an answer in a day or two. Long story short I was never called back I was ready to spend $90 to get a new pair of ray ban's instead I walked down to ray ban's and spent $20 to repair my sunglasses.
