TROPHY ROOM — Local services in Orlando

Was going to keep it light but miss me with that! As soon as i walk in the store I'm blown away by the detail and overall aesthetic of the store. Before I can think of asking for guidance I'm welcomed by every employee. One of the employees (Jason) asks me what i'm looking for in which i tell him i'm there to buy a gift for one of my younger employees that has been running circles around some of my more seasoned team members. I gave him little detail mainly cause I didn't even know what I was looking for lol. He takes me upstairs where some of the more exclusive pieces are and not only guides me the perfect combo gift but he educated me on every brand there. After picking out the gift we were walked down and encouraged to sit in on a huge sectional with two giant TV's and a center piece on the table of a Jordan shoe made of glass. Why does every store not have a giant couch with two TV's? Makes complete sense and my back is forever grateful lol. Jason did an amazing job helping me pick out the perfect gift for my team member. He wears them everyday to the office and brings slides incase of rain so they stay in mint condition lol. Trophy Room is located in downtown Orlando on Rosalind Ave. The raffles for their exclusive sneakers are very popular and bring people from all over the country trying to get a pair. I recently won a pair of the Trophy Room Jordan 1 Low Rookie Card away to be picked up in person. They allowed two days for pickup. They first day the lines were insane the whole day. Luckily the second day, they was almost no line and I was able to secure my pair easily. It was my first time visiting the store. Since they were only open for the raffle winners I was unable to walk around the store to explore. I hope to visit again and check the store and obviously win more raffles. It's pretty cool that they give locals a fair shot in getting raffle wins versus bots and resellers. I hope they continue to do these types of raffles for their exclusive sneakers. Store was cool. Nice selection. Most of the staff was very friendly and tried their best to accommodate customers as efficiently as possible. However there is always one bad apple. The young lady , brown skin with red hair was extremely and I mean extremely rude. Yelling at customers and she just had an overall terrible attitude. I saw her yelling at a paying customer trying to buy a shirt or something small it looked like 1 item. At the end of the day it’s a retail store so customers should be respected. Luckily I went to the young lady on the left. She was very friendly and helpful I don’t remember her name but she really helped out and got me in and out.
