Talbots — Local services in Ormond Beach

The building is cozy and open, which feels very nice. It's like a big living room. The fans and cool temperature add to the atmosphere. The workers are friendly and were persistent in their pursuit to make sure I found everything I needed. The place was spotless (though one table was really out of shape)!! They have everything for women except shoes and a husband. There was no one inside with me during my visit, except employees. The employees WEREN'T sitting around doing nothing. Instead, they were around the place making sure things were stocked, looked good, and were intact. The changing rooms are very decorative and there is an ample amount of "stalls". Each one had a nice light and an actual door. Plenty of room inside them too. The waiting area inside of the changing room section was very well put together; soft, fabric chairs, fans, and lots of art.

I was disappointed by my experience today. The salesperson and apperant manager. were so different from my past experiences. Neither seemed to know how to address my return. I felt like both looked at my clothes as if I was not valuable customer. The previous staff were so welcoming and knowledgeable. I heard them greet another customer so differently, I'm sorry to say, they didn't treat me same. I had a mammogram and had a full day so dressed for comfort. Today definitely changed my opinion of Talbots and not sure I will be a customer...

I appreciate that there is a Talbots brick and mortar building near me as I do not like online shopping. Just visited the Ormond location and Debbie took great care of me. She is a very friendly sales associate who goes out of her way to insure the perfect size and fit for...
