Until today, this was my favorite location to shop since they opened, and I was loyal to them. I really liked the folks at that location. It was always like visiting friends and not a business. Even though I had gone through my 10 bogos at the location, I kept coming back to them. So today, they had two people working and a line in the store. There was a vendor in the store who monopolized the gentleman who was checking people in. A line developed just waiting to check in but couldn't because of the vendor. The other gentleman Tony had 4 people in line that had been checked in already. At this point, I gave up and left waiting to check in. I was waiting in my vehicle for my SO whom had left his debit card there the day before. After about 5 minutes I went back in to see where he was at in line. He finally got some assistance from the gentleman checking Id's who was looking for for the card but couldn't find the debit card. So then we had to wait to speak to Tony who was now the one being monopolized by the vendor. Finally, the vendor goes outside and we get the debit card and go. Why didn't the vendor have consideration to sol flower customer? Why didn't the vendor have consideration for the employees trying to do their job? Why didn't the vendor step back and give them 5 minutes to assist customers? Why didn't the vendor take advantage of customers being in the store and talk to them about their products while we wait? That one vendor monopolizing employees while they were trying to work was unprofessional and cost that location a loyal customer. So going forward, I'm driving past this location and going to the sol flower down the road. On the brightside, I still have a couple of bogos left at the Oracle/Rudasil location.

He is extremely knowledgeable about the products and takes the time to explain things in a way that’s easy to understand. What really stands out is how personable he is—he has a natural ability to connect with people and make the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable.
