I encountered some physical damage along the back corner of my laptop computer. Not sure how it happened, but it affected the power button and my computer would not power up. Stopped by Office Max, but they only address software/virus corruption issues. I did a Google search and found I Fix Smartronics 15 minutes away. They were able to adjust the dented corner and loosen up the power switch for meā€¦.yeah! Friendly, helpful staff. So thankful.

I dropped off an IPad about 3+ weeks and my experience has been a NIGHTMARE. First of all, I took them a functional IPad with a broken screen to get repaired. Well I got called to pick it up and as soon as I got it, the button on the center got pushed in and the screen was not working well. The guy at the counter took it back and said he would have it fixed in a couple of days. Those couple of days have turned into 3 plus weeks and now he says that the tablet had some type of ā€œmoistureā€ inside and he had to send it off to someone else. It has always been a fear of mine in taking items to get repaired at these places since Iā€™ve heard many stories. My calls have been ignored and I will be driving over in a few minutes. Jesus is special; he is always so PATIENT. He even takes the time to make sure I understood what he just explained to me. Also, he must be quite smart . It seems like he can fix most anything . I ve been there when other customers come in & numerous times Iā€™ve heard them say ā€¦.ā€the other store couldnā€™t fix it . Or ā€œā€™I tried everywhereā€ Definitely , jesus deserves 5 stars. I would highly recommend him to anyone I know He goes the extra mile!

UPDATE: this is my 2nd repair by Jesus. When his shop ad claims he can fix most anythingā€¦..HE REALLY CAN. ! I took my IPhone X to iFIX Smartronics because the LED display was not responding consistently. The gentleman at the front desk was very polite and knowledgeable about the problem and told me I needed the LED display replaced.

He had it done in 45 minutes and used high quality parts. An original Apple OLED display not the cheap one that another used in a prior repair by somebody else.

Don't go anywhere else for your electronics repairs. The price was very reasonable and the service outstanding.

Highly recommended.

Hint: Enter the parking lot from the second entrance off of Orange Grove. The one that is labeled "Enter Only." There is a small one way circle in the parking lot. This way you can...
