Oracle Plaza — Local services in Oro Valley

A nice convenient clean store with friendly helpful staff. Big problem is favorite items that are constantly gone from the shelves! Popular items 2/2 Milk gone in 3 days! How hard is it to order double? Kona cold brew coffee, 5 on the shelf, I bought 2 several months ago, hasn't been replaced yet! A popular jam sour cherry from Italy, gone! The other have been there for more than a month.... I looked in Amazon, I could order a case of sour cherry so I know it's available... the inventory that is popular and needed, is constantly out of stock and I have to make extra trips or find another outlet....REBBEL is another popular...Spicy Chi. It's holiday season, lots of out of town guests. Snowbird influx, tracking inventory and keeping adequate stock is a concern and frustrating as a valley resident. Every time I shop in Denver, EVERYTHING I want and use is ALWAYS available at their store. I appreciate the opportunity to explain my frustration here. The poor clerks and stock people just do their best to listen and relay my concerns. It's been a couple years of asking and still no resolve. It's comes from the top. Less than average seems to be just OK?? UGH?! Lots of good stuff but a "short sheet", with product that moves off the shelves. Costs me time and frustration. Costs them, Big bucks, that could be a better bottom line (financially). OK, done!... I'm off...

My purpose for going to this Plaza initially was to go to Bed Bath & Beyond. Which of course I did. I love this store and the friendly people who work there. I am redoing my bedroom so I replaced all of the bedding pillows etcetera. Honestly I expected I would have to pay twice as much as I ultimately did. I could not have been more pleased. I had noticed another store in this Plaza they caught my eye called the woodcrafters store. I love working with wood so I went to check it out. It was 10 minutes before closing. I was really taken by this store. This is the most complete wood crafting store I have ever seen. From top of the line tools all sorts to a variety Hardwoods from around the world and veneers that must not be equals by anyone else. This store has everything anyone who works wood could possibly want. I really connected with the staff, made one small purchase and I'm on my way back there today. This place is ok, a lot has to do with whom is working. The ladies are very nice, not chatty, but efficient. Some guy there seems like he hates working there. I was with a friend and she ordered a sundae, no whipped cream or nuts, you'll get what you get and like it. The guy walked out to the car before we got to window. This guy was already walking away before he handed her the item. I doubt...
