Magpies Gourmet Pizza — Restaurant in Arizona

First I want to clarify that this review ONLY pertains to the Oracle and Orange Grove location. It greatly saddens me to give such a bad rating to Magpies. I have been going to Magpies for decades and I have always loved it. They have the best pizza and wings in Tucson, period. However, I have consistently had a terrible experience at this location multiple times. The last 10 orders have been wrong, delivery is really late, and the customer service is horrible. After a break for a few months I decided to try again tonight because I really love their food. 45 minutes to 1 hour was actually 1.5 hours. The pizza was cold and mostly crust (1-2" for a 10" pizza. Really?!) The wings were undercooked. I did get a refund once and Magpie Money but ended up giving it to my niece who lives by the 4th Ave location because every order was still wrong, and half the time they couldn't figure out how to use the Magpie Money. All I can say is that Magpies is great, but make sure you go to the 4th Ave location. To Magpies: Change your management at Oracle and Orange Grove please. 3 times a week I come to this place. It's sad when your minimum wage employee treats you better than the assistant owner. To the ever so kind, Pony tail ASSISTANT OWNER. I do not know your name But I want to make sure the other owners know who I'm talking about. Do you not realize Magpies return customers make up the majority of the company's money? Listen, honestly this is my first review EVER. If this was an average employee, this is a brush off. What irked me is my money is going into this guys company! Next time a customer says thankyou, can you at least say something other than a sarcastic sure and maybe look my way? You even made my calzone which tasted funky. I'm nervous as if you did something to my food as well.... Trust me on this, I won't be back and will be sure to mention to others that their hard earned money shouldn't be spent here. This is more than a few words and rude manners. He had a problem with me for some reason. Was it talking to the other employee about football? Anyone that gave this place a 5 star is full of it. I dont even know where to begin with this place. My family and I ordered pizza and wings based on the reviews and the quality and customer service of both food and employees are beyond good business standards. The pizza and wings we ordered did not come as we ordered it and the pizza was so greasy that the ultra thin layer if dough had absorded all of it. We called back immediately and spoke to a "manager" whom said was to busy to assist a paying costumer with their order he would have to call back. He never did. We called the next day and spoke to a pathetic excuss for a manager whom was refusing to assist I any way to the customer and hung the phone up after I had asked if he wanted me to mail he back his food. Save your money and go to a different pizza place you will appreciate the tip. Rude and completely unprofessional.!! The only reason the got a star was so I am able to inform future customers about their shandy business...
