Wienerschnitzel — Restaurant in Arizona

Male (I dare not say gentlemen because he was not) working the drive through was extremely rude! He was out messing around by his car when I pulled up in the drive thru. I told him I had a mobile order. He abruptly said pull to the window. I did and when he came into the building he and another female told me they did not have any mobile orders. I showed him the email receipt and he told me that they don't receive orders early and we were 10 minutes too early. A simple greeting with a nice gesture to pull around the corner and wait for your order to come through would have been nice but he said nothing. I pulled around to the front of the store and waited until 7 minutes after the hour when my order was supposed be ready on the hour. I then walked into the store and asked for my mobile order. The female at the counter said and I quote "I first need to see your thingy" I assumed she was referring to my email receipt that I had already presented in the drive thru so I showed her my email receipt and she gave me my bag of food. In this day in age when restaurant are struggling to stay alive employers should instruct their employees to use some common courtesy. I for one will not be back to spend my $60 to feed my family of 5 at this...

Warning to all unwary customers, we have been eating here for over a year now and last night both my hubby and I suffered serious reactions to something added to the food that was not intended. We went through the drive-thru, and there was a gangsta-like young man outside sucking on a soda as he watched us pull up who then immediately went inside to 'visit' with another young man working as a cashier at the drive-thru window. Both boys were smirking, and our order took a very long time to be filled. The one cashier apologized with a huge grin for taking so long as he handed us our order, and I found that extremely suspicious. Clearly they were unsupervised so who knows what they put in our food. We're done with DW now. So sick we can hardly stand it, and we NEVER get sick. We had to repeat our order multiple times (at the drive thru window) and when we went up to the window, we knew the order was still incorrect so we had the young lady repeat the order, it was still incorrect. She argued with us (3 of us who were very calm and clear) we repeated the order again, in a calm manner. We received our oder and left. While reviewing the order once on the road, the order was still incorrect. We went back. When we went into the location the manager was calm and tolerant, she took an item we paid for and gave us the item that was in correct. It was a very simple order honestly.
