Smoke 'N Tokes — Local services in Oroville

I always enjoy it here. The ppl that own it are really nice. That's why it bothers me that there's confusion about wut establishment this really is. Sum idiot went & marked this place as Smoke 'N Tokes, which is the newest shop in town, that I'm aware of anyways.

But this is not the location of smoke n tokes. The guy that owns Tokes is an assh*le & the reviews on here are reflecting that. Only they're in the wrong place!

This is NOT smoke n tokes. Its the lil mom n pop shop nxt to the Metro PCS store & Papa Murphy's called Cigarettes & More 4 Less. And it's not fair that they're getting all the heat here on Google Maps bc of that jerk that owns smoke n tokes, with all his sneak attack price gouges & etc.

I'm almost 31 yrs old & hav shopped here since I was legal, bak then the age was 18, & the prices & products & service hav always been the same. The ol man behind the counter has always been kind to me. Has a smile even on a bad day. So this is really bothering me to see the bad reviews claiming the stuff I've seen happen from the man who owns the REAL smoke n tokes store.

Twice now I've tried to "suggest an edit" with Google Maps to fix this. The first time I only fixed the name. Also that same day I had discovered that the location of the actual smoke n tokes store had not been marked on the map so I created that place, which Google approved. I dnt understand how they approved one but not the other back to back wen it was obvious sum one messed up sum where bc I'm pretty sure the address was the same in both locations. Obviously wrong in one. It was hard to tell bc of the pictures. Here u can see a pic of smoke n tokes but next to it there's the correct picture. And street view pics also hav the addresses on the. Now how can Google miss that?...

And today I noticed under My Edits tab it said NOT APPLIED so I tried to edit it for a 2nd time. But I also edited the hrs too & bc I noticed the hrs wer the hrs of Tokes (either 9 or 10.) Cigarettes 4 less is open til 7. Also I changed the address from smoke n tokes to that of Bald Rock Plaza's address which is where Cigs 4Less is actually located building #3. So hopefully that will help my edit actually get APPROVED this time.

They really are a good store & dnt deserve the bad reviews...

Normally they have good service inside the store, but when you call them they don't answer there phone, at anytime, and if they do answer the phone, they are completely rude to you, and don't really answer your questions. They sound like they are in a rush to hurry up and get off the phone with you. On some days when you go into the store it depends on there attitude, on how they treat you. Almost every time I have walked in there they were respectful and nice, but if you catch them on a day were you can tell they have had a day day they are completely disrespectful towards you. I will not be going back or calling...

Place is a total rip off! Sold me a broken item and the refused to exchange it. Place is very over priced and the owners are the rudest people. Don't know how they're in business when there are so many great shops in town like andy's or blazin J's. Do yourselves a favor and avoid this place at all costs. It's very overpriced.
