Found a little bag of watches that were my mom’s. She had passed and I was cleaning things out. I took six of them into Miller Clock because she always went there for her watch and jewelry repairs. Beautiful shop with so many beautiful things inside. Besides watches and clocks, there are so many beautiful decorations for the holidays, gifts for babies and many unique items for children as well as a tremendous variety of keepsakes. Perhaps these folks are bit overworked, but I sent an Elgin Aircraft Clock that had stopped, and a Heuer stopwatch that had a broken / detached mainspring, in for repair. After quite some time, 8-10 months, they arrived in the post (after payment in full) only to find out that nothing, nothing had been done to the stop watch, and the AC clock ran for about ten minutes. I think these are good people, but someone failed the Release for Service protocol and out they went. The are very nice, but human, so just make sure you check upon receipt. would not hesitate to do business...

Stopped by this morning to get a couple links removed from my watch band. It was such a pleasant experience- the woman who helped me was kind and helpful in figuring out how many links I needed removed and even assisted me in getting my watch back on when it was done. The whole process was quick - only taking about 5 minutes - and very reasonably priced.Will definitely come back if I have any other watch- related problems.
