If you have something that is going to need a bit of troubleshooting to figure out, you’re probably going to be waiting a while. These guys are pretty much always backed up with the amount of work they have to do so i don’t put blame on them. besides that, they did a pretty good job helping me with my computer and communicating with me. If you’re not as tech savvy, these guys will tell you exactly what’s going on with what you’re bringing in and even give you suggestions after it’s fixed for improvements (preventative maintenance, parts to consider replacing in the future, etc.) overall if you aren’t in a rush to get whatever you’re bringing in back in working condition these guys are probably...
   Read moreRevised and updated review. I previously rated the Geek Squad 5 stars. A little too hasty....Long story short, in my opinion, the Geek Squad Protection Plan (GSP) is a waste of money. It only covers repairs for your item. If they (Geek Squad) determine that it is not repairable, then they keep the item (in my case a laptop) close your GSP (repair plan) and send you on your way to buy a new item. What incentive do they have to actually repair it? I am sure I will see my old laptop sold online as refurbished. Done with them...
