I will no longer go to Panda at all, because of this location. Every time I go thru their drive thru I have to wait extra long and the order is wrong or missing something. One time they forgot I was waiting when I went in 25 min later. Usually I don't say anything I understand things happen you get busy but this last time I had to wait fine but when I got home I was missing the food I was waiting for, I should have checked the order before I left.....but because of how many times they have messed up on me I figured I can't be that unlucky...especially that I'm only ordering two combos instead of the normal 5 for my entire family.... it's an easy order they couldn't get it wrong.....well I was wrong. So I called and explained how many bad experiences I have had with them and that what I was missing, and asked for my purchase to be refunded. She said I would need to drive all the way back and return my order to get a refund. They don't have the ability to reverse the charges....what.... I work with credit cards I know you as the merchant can reverse the charge but she refused....seriously this is at 9:20pm they close at 10 I live 20 min away minimum depending on traffic and my 2 yr old was crabby fell asleep and I already put her in bed before I sat down to finally eat dinner. So in order to become a satisfied customer I have to get my 2yr old out of bed and loaded back into the car along with my other two kids because my husband is not home to help watch them and drive all they way back so by the time I get there they will be closed. I asked to speak to someone who could reverse it she said I would have to call the number on the receipt which is the number to the store the only other way to contact them was thru an email on their website and every time I filled out the form it would error out. So I could not get anyone to help. Really sucks I won't do business with them at all anymore especially since I am there almost once a week and my kids love it. Maria was politely unhelpful, completely unsympathetic and not willing to make things right, she didnt offer any other options and did not make sure her stores customers are satisfied. Read moreStore#1591 Oswego,IL Order# 242648 @12:45 brought my daughter to her favorite place because there's no school 11/24/23 on my broccoli beef entree I received one and a half pieces of beef wild dining in came to the counter immediately to inform the young Hispanic employee that I did not get enough pieces of beef. He went back to his Hispanic supervisor she came to inform me sir we only provide 70% broccoli and 30% meat per company policy. I showed her that I only receive one and a half slice of beef. It appears to me while me and my daughter standing there that I might have have gone to sit down in 15 seconds and eight five or six piece of beef and just brought one back to the counter. After going back and forth arguing that 30% of beef shouldn't be one and a half slice of beef it should be more than that I've been eating Panda Express for 15 years never had an issue like this. The whole argument got Little bit louder while the entire store started staring. I pulled out my phone and recorded and forwarded the incident to corporate while I was having lunch. It was a horrible experience My daughter had to go through at the end after pulling out my camera and video taping the whole incident she finally give me a side of beef broccoli and slammed in the counter. After calling corporate I immediately called my bank and disputed the charge. Even the corporate is trying to give me a gift card which I'll definitely give it to my neighbor but I'll never visit this location. It's worse every time. I ain't resorting to ordering a third entree just to get what I've always gotten at every other Panda Express I've ever been to. Nope. I would drive out to the PE at the Oasis rest stop on 294 just south of O'Hare, but they done tore all those down. Now that PE was L.E.G.I.T. Fashion (Loaded Entrees Given In Typical Fashion). I just made that up but y'all can use it. #FreeUse
You know what else is free-use? The dang scoopers in them food trays at the Oswego Panda Express. You ain't gonna have your pay check cut short by your boss if you use it more than twice for a 2-entree meal, and don't worry, it won't break. It's literally made to scoop up that orange chicken.
