Lane Bryant — Local services in Oswego Township

Yesterday, I walk in the store look for someone so my son can use the restroom. A lady comes up to me. She looked like she was shopping. She had her phone in 1 hand and she looked like she rolled out of bed. I asked if my son could use the restroom and I am buying bras. She said no public bathrooms. So, I leave to find a bathroom. I understand the pandemic. When my oldest son asked to use the bathroom there in the past. We had to wait for them to open the doors and he peed all over the floor. So, we were not trying to do that. I come back to shop for bras. I looked around. I did not get asked if i needed help. I go to the counter waited 5 minutes. The associate turned around looked at me and still continued to work. I said excuse me could you please measure me. She said we cant. Again I get pandemic. Every time I go in there its rude. Rude associates! The store is nice and clean but the people. I went to another Lane Bryant before pandemic. They were so nice helpful. I told that associate at the fox valley mall how much nicer it was here. She said I hear that all the time about the Oswego store. At least I'm not alone. It sucks because this is the only store near me. And shopping for bras online is nerve wrecking since they are...

While the staff was very nice, they clearly don’t know what they’re doing in terms of measuring women at this location. I went to get measured for a strapless bra for a wedding I’m in. They tell me I’m a much larger cup size than I’ve ever bought in my life, and that they don’t have it at their store. I appreciate that they called other locations and had the Bolingbrook store put it on hold for me. I drive the 35 minutes to Bolingbrook and try it in. The cup is so big I could put my fist inside and still have room. They finally get my size correct but guess what? They don’t have that size at the Bolingbrook location! I finally just had them ship it to my house but that was a completely unnecessary wild goose chase that probably could have been avoided had they measured me correctly...

Went in to the store Monday and really wasn't expecting to find anything that would fit properly since I haven't had much luck. Well this wonderful sales person ASHLEY worked wonders and was able to measure me and help me with different styles. While we were talking I informed her my son is graduating and I couldn't find a top well she asked me colors and than went around the store came back with 6 different tops out of that I did find one I liked alot. Any other store would have been oh I'm sorry have a great day. Wonderful service and friendly. Keep up the great service...
