Unfortunately, son had a birthday party there yesterday. December 22nd 1130 to 130. To be honest the host of our party was not the best host... we were very disapointed. First off I had the whole room set up before my mom had to go to the front and ask where the host was. Then she stated sorry I was running late. What? Not professional when we paid around $500 for the event. That should require some attention. There was only three waters in the cooler as well. We planned this months ahead so they should have been prepared with cold waters. Daniella did go and grab two packages but they were warm and we had sweaty children who wanted cold drinks. When the guests arrived there were multiple times I was standing at the front desk and she had her back turned to us and on her phone. At one point another worker got my guest the socks and wrist band. The only thing she really did was serve the pizza. I even cleaned up most of the room before my sons grandma told me to stop, but it was a pit. She should of been in there cleaning throughout the eating process. The worst part is they had a gratuity guide that ranged from 10% to 20%. So a 50-100 tip for what? Serving pizza? She even told me and my husband at the beginning of the event that she would get my son an altitude shirt and a goodie bag. But we never ever got that. Now, I have to make a seperate trip there just to pick them up because my son was very disappointed. Thank God I used to work banquets and was a lead so I knew what to do and took action. I provided plates but we needed plastic wear and I had to go into the cabniet to find some. The kids all had a great time, but all the parents agreed that our party host was not good. Im a front of house manager and I had two other parents who are servers there. And let me tell you, servers respect the industry and always wanna tip this time of year. They were advising me to only give 20 bucks but I just couldn't. So I want to write in here to make this company know they need to train the employees better as well as be more attentive. It isn't cheap and now I'm convinced we won't be back for another party there... When I called to speak to a manager, long behold is was our host Daniella who answered and said she was the manager! Oh lord help us all. What!? I'm...

Unfortunately, after years of coming here with my son, today was a very upsetting day. They had camp -“Good vibes” there which looks like a group of approximately 100+ kids maybe between the ages of 6/7 and 12. My son got hurt over three times while those kids were at the facility with what appeared to be a bunch of camp counselors who were just playing, and not actually monitoring the children. My son got his head stomped on (see picture), his neck grabbed by an older child (see picture), and his back landed on by one of their younger kids all while playing ( see photos). When this happened, I went up to the counter to speak to a manager and get an ice pack because my son was hysterical. When I got to the counter, I expressed my concerns about how unsafe it is and was told their max capacity is 300 kids!!! I have a video of how many trampolines are in the park. It does not suffice 300 kids nor does the monitoring that was happening today. In addition, the amount of people in the building made it impossible to enforce the signs with rules which was not being followed. There was not enough employees to monitor the amount of children that were in the facility and if there was there was no way they were doing so. That being said, the rules were not being enforced the rules that they have posted on their posters, saying one kid per trampoline, and not going up slides etc. I am extremely disappointed and unhappy with this experience. Considering they had enough kids in the facility to close it for the camp, doing so would have avoided these issues. In addition, toddler area was being renovated so my son was not able to go to the trampoline area that is just for little kids. All his injuries would’ve been avoided if I were able to keep him out of the areas that were not clustered. Simply putting a sign up or closing for a few hours would have been so much better. This was not even like a normal Saturday this was way to much! The owners do not care about your child’s safety just money grabbing with dangerously...

Very disappointing Experience

We booked the party a week and a half in advance for 12 pm 1/15. Upon arrival, the place was freezing, with both workers and customers donning hats, coats, and gloves inside. Later, we found out the heat was broken. Surprisingly, we didn't get a courtesy call or a heads-up when checking in, even though another patron confirmed the heating issue.

Around 45 minutes into the party, my eldest found a screw and washer in the play area for younger children. When I brought it to Hannah, the manager, her demeanor was indifferent. When I asked about the heat, she claimed they only found out that morning, despite opening at 10 am. No heads-up or apology. She then made an excuse of "having a line out the door" when they opened at 10am as to why she didn't call us beforehand.

Our host, Sophie (?), was alright and the most helpful of any of the staff there. She mentioned at the end that the card on file for the deposit was a hold, not charged. At checkout, I negotiated a discount with Hannah, agreeing on 20% off and a refund for the extra pizza. In the end, we were charged the deposit still, got 20% off the remainder, and weren't refunded for the pizza. When I called back about this and brought it to Hannah's attention she said I agreed to a 20% discount to the remaining balance not the full amount which she knows is a flat out lie! The amount we agreed to and the numbers she showed me on screen do not reflect what was charged to my card. At this point I'm done wasting my energy and will let my credit card company handle the dispute.

It's really the principal, if there had been a genuine apology and heads-up about the heat and acknowledgment of the safety issue, this review wouldn't be necessary. Unfortunately, Hannah's attitude alone makes me hesitant to spend money at...

Woohoo our first time at @Altitude Oswego did not disappoint. We checked out the Junior Jumper Jam, which is held every weekday morning from 10AM-1PM for kids 6 & under. My 3 year old LOVED the giant play tower, but we also had a blast jumping in the blocks, playing basketball & dodgeball, and racing each other through the obstacle course. If parents want to participate in all the fun, it’s an extra $6, but free if you just plan to supervise and assist. Altitude Trampoline socks are also required and can be purchased onsite. I did appreciate the free lockers for storing my purse so I could run and play too 🤗 Address: 1600 Douglas Road Oswego, IL Hours: Monday- Friday 10AM-1PM Price: Ages 6 & under: $13.99 Ages 2 & under: Free with paying sibling Parent: $6 (Free if only supervising) Socks: $3.99
