I've never had good service here ever most the employees are usually rude. also not to mention today I went in and I was walking around and I went to go look at something not realizing that someone was rearranging the posters since they were sitting around the corner and all the posters were on the floor i didn't see honest mistake so I accidentally stepped on the posters and this girl "don't step on my posters!" And being overly pissed off of course I apologized I didn't see I'm so sorry all that and she just continued to be pissed off. Anyone could've done it the stores dark and the posters were on the floor she didn't even acknowledge my apology. So I continued to walk around and I heard her tell her coworker to get a ladder "so people don't trample all over her posters." It was a mistake as far as I'm concerned we are all human. I understand it's irritating maybe I should've been paying better attention but I couldn't see and it's not all my fault making the customer feel bad isn't good customer service and I know I work in customer service but she should've handled the situation more maturely especially because I think this girl was actually the manager won't be coming back. First, I would like to say if there was an option for 0 stars i would give Spencer’s at the Oak Park Mall just that. My friend and I were looking at earrings and my friend was holding an earring up to her ear to see what it would look like on her. A lady that works there (a manager i’m assuming) came up to us and asked if we’re 18! WE ARE IN OUR 30s!!! She then proceeded to ask to see our ids and then accuse my friend of stealing! We go into that store a lot and this was the first time we were asked that. Absolutely unacceptable! Amanda is the rudest manager ever. My boyfriend was sold a faulty nose ring and was NOT informed about it missing the jewel. He brought it home to me and I told him I already had that pack. We NEVER opened it and he took it back to exchange it for a different pack or even a refund and Amanda would not let him. She said the jewel was missing and an employee would've told him.
