Planet Smoothie — Restaurant in Oviedo

Generally the reason this gets 2 stars is because I come here a lot since I work in the area and this is one of few times they've gotten something wrong. Usually it's a minor wrong and I still happily take it because I know it can get hectic with 3 different merged places, but this time I actually spoke up and said it and got "corrected." I'd asked the worker for a "Pro your way" size small as they only come in S,M,L and do not come in the light size. I literally go to planet smoothie almost everyday whether it is my work lunch or on the weekends for a breakfast so I do know my usual order. First I was told they only do the pro your way in size M,L. I said I always get a small, and had done so the week prior. She said she would ring in something of the same price (but did not seem happy about it) as what the small would be and I told her my add ins. I pay for it and wait, and she starts to make it and attend to other customers. She puts it in the blender and I see its not mixing well, it blends some of the way and then stops, but I figure she'd see that when pouring it. She ignored it. Once she pours it, I realize its a light size. I told her that it was a light and I ordered a small, which is the 22oz size. She told me no, and that what she gave me was a small. I basically paid almost 9 dollars for a smoothie that was the wrong size, not even blended well as there's a giant clump of leafy greens and ice pieces, and then when I tried to say something to ask for a fix, I was told no. Basically I'm okay with finding another planet smoothie somewhere else, but if someone is trying to explain or just ask because they know it's wrong since they ordered it, I think it would be nice for someone to listen to what you're telling them. I'm not one to argue but if I am going to pay that much for a smoothie, I expect to be given the amount I paid for, not turned away. Even if they got rid of the small size or there has been some type of change, I would have hoped there would be understanding of confusion and maybe an explanation that there is no longer a small for that type of smoothie, not saying "No. That's our small size" and handing me a smoothie cup that looks about half the size of my usual order. This place is usually okay, and maybe she was having a bad day or whatever the situation may be, but after paying that much and being the type that never puts up a fuss as a customer, for the one time I asked for it to be fixed I was told no. Now as I am drinking and chewing spinach from my smoothie, I'll say no thanks, I won't be...

Great combo location at the west end of the Oviedo Mall, with Auntie Anne's pretzels, Tollhouse cookies, ice cream, and smoothies.
