Originally very impressed with the owner and the great customer service in helping me customize my wedding set. Since it was all custom he was in a rush to finish my band by the wedding and met with me multiple times. Once I picked it up the set at the absolute last minute the day before the wedding, the band was not straight after being connected to the engagement ring as was noticeably tighter than before. It was dropped off to be fixed shortly after the wedding and after more than a month of waiting, the wedding band was still not on straight and looks worse than before.
