Unfair to the disabled , Pretty awesome hotel very nice has an elegant feel to it the staff is extremely friendly and many amenities are available . The entire hotel seems very handicapped accessible . .Sorry I had to lower from 5 star to 2 stars because hotel allowed an electric car to park in one of the only 6 handicapped spaces they have available just so the charging cable would reach, pretty cold blooded. A hotel this size needs more than 6 handicapped spaces so they should never allow a non handicapped vehicle to park in one of their few handicapped spaces . Why not get the non electric car parked in the spot where the charging station is to move?? Why not mark the charging station spot electric vehicles only?? I guess it just more convenient to disregard the A.D.A. and disregard the disabled. Car has been in the spot for over 24hrs and all handicapped spaces seem to stay full here, check pics. Up Date!! Just passed midnight and the electric car has returned and since a legitimate disabled tagged vehicle is in the space adjacent to the charging station they parked in the space next to it. The space they are in is too far to plug in to the charger but they still parked there even though it is handicapped and cannot possibly use it to charge. The hotels poor attitude towards the disabled has empowered this individual to park in any handicapped space they feel like just out of a feeling of privilege and personal convenience. They also have parked in an aggressive manner encroaching on the handicapped vehicle in the space they now feel entitled to....

The Convention Center is right next door on one side, the Bluegrass Music Hall of Fame & Museum on the other side. The staff were very friendly, they all went above and beyond. I do have to mention Kenny at the front desk, thank you for everything!||There was a fountain in the lobby. To the side was the breakfast area which has plenty of seating. Breakfast included different flavored waffles, eggs, potatoes, bacon, sausage, breads, muffins, yogurt, fruit, cereal, oatmeal and more. The food was delicious!||I stayed in a King Studio Waterview Room with Balcony, Room #719. My room was very spacious with an incredible view of the Ohio Riverfront. Entering the room is a long minibar area with a sink, coffee maker, fridge and microwave. Then is the living room area with a couch and a door that leads out to the large balcony to look over the beautiful Ohio River. There is a long desk with the TV on the wall over it that separates this room from the king size bed. The TV is shared by the living room and bed area. To the side of the bed area is a large bathroom vanity with the sink and a large, mirrored closet with very good lighting. The toilet and tub/shower have a separate door. The room was very clean. Daily housekeeping was provided, they replenished anything I needed. ||I very highly recommend staying at this hotel. I will definitely...
