Willow and Vine is a “diamond in the rough”!! Owensboro has struggled to keep quality gift shops open over the past several years and has never really had a shoppe so inviting. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The shoppe is loaded with beautiful and very reasonably priced, quality merchandise. Some may find a few items pricey but for that price point category of merchandise, the merchandise is fairly priced. On the other hand, there are MANY gifts less costly but of the same great quality. What I find most helpful is the variety of items that I can chose from regardless whether it is for my own personal use, a gift for birthdays or special occasions such as weddings and anniversaries. During my first visit/purchase in the shop they graciously offered to mail my purchase to the person who was to receive the gift who lived out of town. That gesture in itself shows the care and appreciation they have for their patrons. Over the past several months I have found myself needing gifts for family and friends and my first and only thought was to visit Willow and Vine because I knew I would find the perfect gift. With the holidays quickly approaching they have stocked the store with so many beautiful items to chose from! We visited the Willow and Pine back in April and stepped into the shop right at closing time. The folks working that day assured us that we should take whatever time we needed/wanted. We walked out without purchasing some of the spectacular Polish pottery and nearly instantly regretted it. I visited the online store early on the next Monday morning and placed an order that I wanted to be delivered in time for Easter. Anne reached out almost as soon as I hit send on the order to say that they would pull the items right away and get it shipped (in plenty of time for delivery). SO nice. SO helpful. And then as icing on the cake, they included an spoon rest in our order that we hadn't purchased -- EXTRAORDINARY customer service. Thank you...

I took my mom out for her birthday and we decided to visit some shops in the area of the restaurant we ate at. I was so excited to look inside this one, considering what it advertised on the windows. Immediately when we walked in, the lady working made a comment that we should be spending money instead when we said we were spending time together. We then saw the prices on things and were shocked.
