I have been utilizing the help of the PC Guys for a couple of weeks now. It started with my dads computer needing to be unlocked after his passing. Gavin came to my house and picked it up because I couldn't get in to town before they closed and he was passing this direction. He dropped it off when they were done. When he dropped it off I sent him back with my laptop that kept shutting down on me when I was using it. It gave Gavin a little trouble, but he got it all settled, and even upgraded my hard drive for me. The cost was AMAZING! I had an excellent experience with the PC Guys in Owosso, Michigan. My laptop was completely dysfunctional, but they quickly resolved the issue by removing all the malware and cleaning it thoroughly. When they returned it to me, the improvement was remarkable. I could finally use it for work without any problems. So to make a long story short, I took in my sons PS5 cause the HDMI port was shorting out and they were going to put a new one in. So the PS5 had power when I took it in and now it will not power up. I don't know what they did too it but they ruined it. Now it doesn't even turn on, and all they can say is we our so sorry!! Really fix what you broke, that is good business own up to your mistakes. Now my son doesn't have a PlayStation anymore thanks to you people. No compromising on trying to fix what you broke or maybe putting in half for a new console or anything just a sorry!!
