Julianna G is the most friendly, competent , professional and efficient sales person I have ever had the privilege of working with. Did I mention that she is a master of multitasking and has patience beyond belief.
I visited the Verizon store in Oxford, OH. There were two people with whom Julianna was working when I arrived. They were picking out new phones. Another woman and her daughter arrived after me. I needed a new phone and a connection of my I-watch to my new phone. So while the first two phones were transferring information to the new phones, Julianna began to set up my phone. Of course I did not have my apple password and she took the time to change my password. She completed our paperwork. She took care of the next customers. A man came in to ask a question which she took time to answer politely and satisfactorily. Another woman came in to buy a new phone. Since I of course, didn’t have my google password she was unable to connect my phone and watch. She set up an appointment for me tomorrow at 10:30am to complete the transaction. The wait was a little longer than I would have liked but it was after all it was a Holiday so I get it. I switched phone carriers from Sprint to Verizon and after the customer service experience with Josh I wish I never had. I was promised multiple things and they were not delivered. I was also told to follow up with Josh if I had any questions regarding the new plan. Everything seemed great. Then I began being billed for more than I was promised and Josh disappeared. The phone number I was given was not him and I then realized he had pulled one over on me. I will say this, Josh is a great salesman. I was very pleased to feel welcomed at this location because unfortunately I had an uncomfortable experience at the Batesville location (1-28-21).
Josh was very patient and answered all of our questions, and we had several! I was impressed with his professionalism and knowledge about all the different products.
My mother and I left the store feeling great, confident, and well informed about our new phones! We will now only visit the Oxford location when we need to make a purchase.
