I’m a first time visitor/customer to Arnett’s Fine Jewelry and had no initial expectations whatsoever. I brought in a sterling silver pendant and chain in the hopes the jeweler could fit the chain inside the pendant since the clasp was a little too large. Without hesitation the jeweler immediately trusted his expertise and made it fit perfectly. I asked how much do I owe you and with a smile he said I didn’t owe him anything. I knew then this was a place of integrity, where the customer comes first and is treated with human kindness, compassion and the utmost respect. With that said, I went home and brought back a gold ring that was missing two diamonds for this jeweler and fine establishment to repair and fix.
