The Oxford Little Caesars location has utterly failed to uphold the single promise its entire brand is built upon: the simple phrase “Hot-N-Ready.” Walking into this establishment is an exercise in futility, routinely met not with immediate service, but with interminable, baffling waits for a product that should, by definition, be waiting for the customer. The store operates at a glacial, indifferent pace, transforming what should be a two-minute transaction into a twenty-minute ordeal. This is fast food that is neither fast nor, often, particularly hot, entirely stripping away the core value proposition and leaving customers wondering why they didn't just drive to a place that respects their time.
The only thing more frustrating than the sluggish operation is the hostility of the staff. The team working here moves with a palpable air of lethargy and disinterest, treating any customer request—from ordering to simply asking for an estimated wait time—as a tremendous, unwelcome imposition. The service is not merely poor; it is actively antagonistic, characterized by eye-rolls, minimal communication, and an almost militant refusal to feign engagement. For patrons seeking a quick, low-cost meal, they are instead subjected to a performance of passive aggression that ensures this location remains one of the most uniquely unpleasant fast-food experiences...

I waited in the drive-thru line for 15–20 minutes to pick up my mobile order. When I finally got to the window, the young woman working the register just opened the window with an irritated look, not saying a word, and waited for me to explain why I was there. She then told me I had to park and come inside because my pizza wasn’t ready.
Inside, there were 10+ people waiting for their orders, and some of the staff just stood around looking clueless. An employee went outside to deliver a drive-thru order, dropped a container of Crazy Sauce inside in front of the door, put the lid back on, and still gave it to the customer. He didn’t clean it up, and when the next customer went to leave, they slipped on the sauce.
When a customer got upset at the drive-thru, the cashier told other staff she wasn’t dealing with it and went to hide in the bathroom for 20 minutes. Another employee came to the window but disappeared to the back and didn’t help. No one seemed to care that everyone was waiting over 30 minutes for an order.
On top of that, no one was wearing gloves while handling food. After waiting for over an hour for just one pizza, I asked for a refund and left.
This place needs a major improvement in service, cleanliness, and professionalism. After this experience, I’ll just be going to the...
Read moreThe young lady working at the window through the drive-through was awesome and friendly. But don’t even bother going to this place it’s supposed to be a place where you can order your food and get your food relatively quickly especially when they’re not super busy. As well as if you ask them how long will this take and they say 10 to 15 minutes and then you end up waiting 25 minutes and then told it will take you another 10 minutes because they haven’t put your food in yet. I don’t know who’s running this place but they need to be replaced. Oxford needs to remove little Caesars from its ground because they are nothing but a nuisance. That is the second time I’ve went there and both times I have ended up waiting 30 to 40 minutes for my food and the second time. I just wanted a refund I was done. I try to give everybody a fair chance. And also everybody I know this one here has had nothing but problems from here again don’t even bother go somewhere else put your money in a place where they actually treat you like a customer instead of a nuisance because they are...
