Five Below — Local services in Oxnard

The employees in both oxnard & the ventura stores aren't the brightest people, plus they are not very well trained, especially when it comes to refunds & exchanges. That's the management's fault. I went in recently for a phone cable, and the total came to $6.06. Isabella rang me up, and I gave her $5 in singles, and the remainder in change (3 quarters, 3 dimes & a penny). She proceeded to take out her phone and use the calculator to count the change. I asked her if she knew how to count back change, and she said she did, but she was just making sure. That was a load of garbage. Did she think I was going to buy that weak lie? I don't expect much from such a young, ignorant kid, but if you're going to be on the registers & handling cash, you need to be able to count $1.06 in loose change without a calculator. Perfect place for ages of all kinds. So much to choose from! You can have a plan for what you're looking for or not have any idea of what you might be looking for. Either way it usually works out for the best! They have everything and our location in Oxnard seriously has the best employees. They are SO NICE! Been there many times and every time we are T the register it reminds us why we keep coming back. Some times it's nice to have connection over contents in a bag when you leave the store. Love this store for gifts and tech accessories, even snacks. I'm a long time shopper. However, today I came in to buy some stuff for my new phone and an employee wasn't wearing his mask properly (his entire nose was sticking out of the top). He was in the checkout line restocking candy so it was impossible to avoid him or stay 6 feet away from him. Then another employee came by and asked him a question and he pulled the mask down onto his neck, exposing his mouth and nose entirely. I was considering buying some candy before seeing this, but...
