H&M — Local services in Oxnard

It's no wonder why brick and mortar stores are going closing. I checked online availability for a jacket because I did not want to deal with christmas traffic only find out it wasnt in stock. Drive to the oxnard location and my wife gets out while I circle the parking lot for parking. They dont have it in stock as their "system isnt the best and usually isnt accurate"...just tried to call the one in ventura mall to speak to a rep before I drive there, the posted number is a call center with "an average wait time of 25 minutes "...thought I found a work around and called the mall directly to try and get transferred. Nope.Got transferred to the same call center. Just bought a similar jacket on amazon. Its $10 less and will be here tomorrow. You guys are making it way to easy for them to put every other company out of business. This is literally the first gift I tried to buy from an actual store...

Ain’t quite what they used to be. Their women’s clothing isn’t as cute, cool, or fun anymore, and I often find myself going to the girl’s section instead. The clothes up there are far more reasonably priced and definitely cuter, and a lot of them fit me even though I’m over 18. They have some decent accessories downstairs, and they’d make good last-minute gifts.

Next to nothing has caught my eye at H&M lately. They seem to get blander and blander every year. The prices are right but, not the Guest-Service. I came to this store several times already hoping to find a good deal on some clothes and not once could I find a team member to help me find a certain size of pants I was looking for. When I did find a team member to help me, she came off a bit uneasy to me and told me in a sassy-tone, “You know you’re in women’s... right?” I told the team member that she was the only one I can find in the WHOLE store and after she checked for me, I was on my way.
